Dagenais Irrigation

Had to go in store to get some Rain Bird sprinkler heads and Rain Bird rotary pop-up nozzle. Very good service, lots of great suggestions and attention to details. Staff was amazingly nice and the owner was on the floor helping other customers as well. Small place but they have everything you need and are very big on customer service!!!

They have a great team, incredible service, I would recommend anytime. Its a great family business, very professional.

I found this company by chance on the Nextdoor app. What luck. I called the office with our irrigation problem and the madam who answered asked that I send photos of our system. Upon seeing the photos, they agreed to take us on as a client. We had a foundation problem due to leaking pipes, a clipped electrical wire, poorly located blowout vent, and a list of other issues. The gentleman who came was polite, repaired everything, and taught me many things about my system that I did not know. We aree completely satisfied with the work. I would ignore all the negative reviews out there - they are completely false. You are lucky if this company agrees to take you on as a new client. They are honest and will only accept you as a client if they can help with your system. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Awesome service. Mr and Mrs Dagenais run the place and took care of my irrigation needs to the highest degree. So glad I found them.

Nobody calls me back

Customer service has not provided me with any information regarding the cancellation or reschedule fees at any time before my attempt to schedule or reschedule a service. Please be aware if this also happens to you.I apologize for the previous version of my comments which was a simple error resulting from an untimely reaction.

Had appointment truck outside my house I see them from my office window. They never got out of truck to ring my doorbell or call. Called office as soon as I see truck leave and basically told I am a liar and that technician rang my door bell and called which never happened.This company has very poor technicians working for them and it will hurt them in the long run.
