Food is messy/dirty buffet style. Alcohol choice is low quality stuff. It’s often crowded. I usually just go to have a look but I always end up going to Air France or Air Canada lounge, which are not stellar, but are much better than this. I miss the good old days when National Bank had a proper lounge before they moved (and downgraded everything, before they offered Perrier in glass bottle, a decent sparkling wine from SAQ and even redbull). Ho well. Montreal airport doesn’t have great lounge unfortunately.

2 times in a row they say they are at full capacity and can’t let anymore people in. The only time I got in, there was a 30min line-up for drinks. Feels like a scam lol

When several hundred ppl travel at same time you would think that an effort would be made to open the second food station.... and to purchase a second toaster so the line up isn't 20 minutes wait. Not impressed

Do not go. Worst experience ever. First you pay only with your credit card. We entered a very crowded place no food we have photos. So we decided to leave and ask for our money back about 48$ for my wife and myself after 5 minutes . They would not do it. In fact they could not do even after more than an hour of complaining. They promised after 5 Bussness days I would have my refund. So we left frustrated but content to have a promise of the refund. However they lied. After many emails promising the refund about 10 Bussness days later no refund. So I called visa Desjardins. They gave me a refund but said I could not return to the lounge. I did make a formal complaint. This makes me totally lose respect for Desjardins as this is their lounge their name and reputation. My daughter was over at MasterCard lounge same day and was very happy

Terrible state of the buffet. Everything cold, eggs boiled for 20 minutes and taste like they've been waiting there for days. Coffee machine not working. Not enough glasses to take a Ju ce, basically, we got out of there eating the cold omelettes, and we were still hungry and without coffee. I don't recommend.Save yourself a bad start of vacation, go to a restaurant instead and shed the money.

Don't waste your time, this lounge is really not worth it. There are airport employees hanging around and they think it's their lounge. They speak loudly, with their phone on speaker. The food is average, and there are so many flies that I had two in my wine glass. The lounge is full of children, so it's impossible to rest.

Lounge was full so we had to register with our phone for a line up. After waiting over 20 minutes we noticed that they moved the sign saying the lounge was full. We then went upstairs and the lady told us that they were closing the lounge and would not serve us even though the text clearly stated we were in line. They wasted our time and did not notice us that they cancelled. Would give 0/5 rating if it was possible.

We were there Friday sept. 2 2022 around 9 pm. Some people still hanged out. The food was delicious, main course as well as hors d’oeuvres and desserts. Drinks are included. We use most of the services offered with our 130 CAD credit card. Therefore, that one was just an add-on from which we had no expectation. Many people complain about the service or the food. Google statistics tell me that we shouldn’t show up during rush hours if our flight schedule makes it possible. First experience. Time will tell.

Yes times are tough, yes there is a labour shortage. But the staff here is way too volatile. I go through this lounge 4-6 times / year. Sometimes the staff goes out of their way to welcome you. Sometimes they're not just unfriendly, but outright hostile. It all depends. Quality of drinks is okay, but don't go here for the food...
