went in for a loan and was met with the best custy service ive experienced in a loan establishment in a long time. Marietta always has a smile and is very respectful. I only come to MM if she is working.

Dont send money through Money Mart. They will make the sender create an account by taking your personal info and photo. Also they do no accept federally issued status cards that are not the new style. Pretty sure thats not legal!

Very bad customer service. The employees I spoke with knew little to no English which made communication very difficult. The employees didn't seem to care about customers or willing to work with them compared to that of Cash Money. They refused to give their interest rate. No extensions on loans unlike other loan places. They came across as very rude on the phone. Highly, Id not recommend any loan places but if you need to get by if your a little short on cash go to ANY other loan place. Very unprofessional.
