Very friendly staff, huge selection of strains and they have amazing sales! but MOST IMPORTANTLY they stock the most delicious gummies!!! (Super fun for girl's weekends!) I got the Sunshower Mango Tangerine and the Watermelon Lemonade and they were divine! I've smoked for ages but I'm kind of a rookie when it comes to the knowledge surrounding cannabis products so it was super nice to be given advice on what to try and not feel judged for not knowing all the correct terminology, etc.

Drove an hour to get to the store with a sign that says its open at 1:30pm so I waited 30 mins and nobody came so i waited another 30 mins watching people come and go. Now ive been waiting over an hour and nobody is answering the phone. There is a car parked out back and someone obviously put the sign out, not sure why.... So lame! I want discounts if I'm to come back!!!

The staff here are really amazing. I have very limited knowledge on cannabis products and they really did a great job educating me without making me feel uncomfortable. They know their stuff, are incredibly pleasant to talk with and I will certainly be returning! 5 STARS!

Absolute 5 star service, passed through here on my travels through Canada and I was new to the idea of recreational cannabis, the staff at weed pool were more than happy to make me feel at home and looked after me on my visit to the store. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and the overall experience was absolutely fantastic, it really made my weekend.
