They have good variety of shoes of different brands. In my last visit customer service girl was very nice and helpful.

Very rude customer service, I tried one shoes on which looked fine from the top so I bought it, I wasn’t happy with style so when I went to return the guy showed me some scratches on side and suggested I am returning it after use ( only 3 days had passed), he was so rude , like I’m a cheater who wore old lady style shoes in a party maybe and returning 3 days later, basically showing his own mentality like what he probably does. I told him when u sold u are suppose to check for size that both shoes match and if there is a damage and bring it to my attention too. But NO I was suppose to be the one to scrutinize shoes before I buy as I should do half his work. I’m short extremely rude and bad customer service.Update: I contacted their customer service and they were very prompt in following up. Area manager Diane apologized and sent an email that she has contacted the local store and I can return the shoes. I did return the shoes however the store manager experience was again really unpleasant, where she looked at shoes and said “obviously “ they have been worn to which I said then you sold me used shoes and she said , no that never happen to us. In short she is implying that no I used them and just to return them I’m going through the hassle of even complaining to their area manager. Unbelievable. I will buy from famous footwear , but never at this branch.

Exceptionally rude staff. One star because i couldn't go any lower to post comment. I was there today with my friend and aunt. We were trying shoes for my aunt and had three boxes with usThe assistant manager Nanda came and started saying put the shoes back in box if u are not buying and on the shelf. She kept saying few more things in the same rude tone even though we were polite (we were gonna do that after trying - something a person with compassion and common sense would know). She then picked up an empty box and asked if we have the shoe that belonged to (size 12) that box , we told her look at the box she is holding - it is size 12 and we are trying 7, how can we have it. We picked up the boxes (left the ones we even wanted to get) and placed them back on the shelf and left as we felt disrespected.

First time visit this place and staff lady so so rude i was just entered the store and there were already few slippers on the floor and she start yelling who did this ,I said it was already there and she said oh yay ya. I know I didn’t said anything i went to other staff girl ask to call manager and she said manager on break and she cannot call manager . No customer service full on racism # never ever going to visit this place

I took my mom here because she needed comfortable shoes. Mom was trying on a few pairs while sitting on the bench, a rude staff member approached us and said make sure you put those boxes back on the shelves when you're done." Ummmm thanks for your help

The lady there very rude . Around 8:13 she saying we r closing now. Saying put back stuff ; insulting the customer. Very bad customer service.

I went into this store with my 7 year old and infant in a stroller. Immediately as we entered noticed a female associate watching us. She was peaking in between boxes on the shelf at one point. My son even said, Mommy why is she playing hide and seek?". Should i have told him that she was watching us because we are people of color and she thought we were going to steal something? Anyways by the time we had picked out our shoes and lined up

Very bad customer service. One of the assistant called herself nanda. She was very arrogant. she Tried to escape from work at the end of store closing. Never gonna go there.

I went here last month and bought a pair of shoes, a week later I went to return or get a percent off or anything really as it was very poor quality and was un gluing and breaking in ONE WEEK! But when I went there the lady working there yelled and was very rude about it I wanted the manger but she yelled d so I left. The shoes were kinda like dupes (duplicates). I WOULDN'T recommend.

First time visiting here…They don’t put anything on hold even if it’s literally a few hours to allow a child to try the size on. Not everyone can bring their kids to the store. Most stores OFFER short term holds considering I live close to the mall. I won’t be coming back. Shop where they care about customer experience for Ones who took the time to visit their stores.
