I am absolutely impressed with management.My unit was in good condition and maintained.Very approachable and responsive.If you are a good Tennant they are great landlords.I would still be there had I not moved for work.Highly recommend!

Paul and his team have gotten us great offers on the houses we sold, and negotiated good deals on the homes that we have purchased. He and his team did a lot of work for us so that we did not have to. They have a lot of experience and are able to offer great buying and selling advice.There are lots of other side perks when using the VanGrootheest team as well. They offer help (~1 days worth of labor) when preparing your home to be listed. They have enclosed trailers which, if available, can be borrowed to help you move.All in all, their team is great, and I dont think that I would use anyone else to buy or sell my homes in the future.

Eric unfortunately is a very challenging person to deal with and not very respectful. Perhaps its because I am a woman, however he cut me off when speaking multiple times, would call for something on a weekend and then after calling back instantly say not needed and then call back days later for the same thing. Tries to have his people fix things, then when in an emergency call in for help. Very challenging, not truthful or respectful as a person.
