Barber Glass has always gone above and beyond to complete the work that I need. Their customer service was fantastic and their installers were extremely professional. They have done beautiful, complex glass work in my house and I couldn't be happier that I found them!

Really like Barber Glass. The glass in one of the shelves in my fridge shattered. Within two weeks they had it fixed for a reasonable price.

We had a terrible experience with Barber Glass. Long story short, they installed custom mirrors in two freshly renovated bathrooms. A day or so after installation, the mirror fell from the wall, having been badly installed. In the process, damage was caused to the countertop, taps, and floor. They reinstalled a few days later and the same thing happened again, causing more damage to the wall, custom vanity, and shower cill. After initially agreeing to compensate us, they then flatly refused to reply to calls and emails. Even messages to John Barber were ignored. We provided copies of receipts for all remediation work, which they ignored, and didn’t even refund the cost of the broken mirrors. Also, the custom shower they installed leaked after about a month, damaging the ceiling below. Barber Glass was a disaster for us, costing us thousands of dollars, plus days of broken glass cleanup.

Trust Barber Glass!! They are fair, upfront about costs, and have the best service out of any of the hundreds of trades that I work with.I am a homebuilder, 30 homes per year, BG template crew, installation crew and every employee there is absolutely a professional.Do not let other glass companies fool you with low quotes, hidden up-charges, and underpaid installation techs. Do it right the first time and you won't regret it.They can do some pretty architecturally wild stuff, or simple mirrors and shower doors.USE BARBER GLASS! 10 out of 5 stars!!

They didn't have the part I needed in stock but were able to help me understand what I needed and also order it if I was willing to wait. The show room was filled with many examples of what they have to offer. As an aside the building is awesome.

The Barber Glass team has amazing customer service, professional installers, and so many product options - exceptional company all around. They come up with the coolest ideas for my projects and everything turns out stunning! Would HIGHLY recommend using them!
