Got my van rustproofed yesterday. Very impressed by the service provided. The owner was informative, explained the process and answered all my questions. The technician took my vehicle in right on time and 45 minutes later my van was ready to go washed and cleaned. Friendly, conscientious staff. I definitely recommend this place…see you next year

I am giving this business five stars. I have just finished getting my four vehicles oil sprayed at this location. I can also tell you that based on years of using Krown oil rustproofing it works well, and my vehicles show this with the oldest being a 1990, and my winter vehicle being a 2003 with no rust. Oil is the only way to protect any metal from corrosion.After an ownership change at the Krown franchise I have gone to for years, I was displeased with the service last year under the new owner.That was the reason for visiting this location this year.The following are the reasons for my rating.First is the friendly staff who actually understand the aspects of oil spraying a vehicle, listen to what you want, and are willing to fulfill special requests. This applies to the ladies at the front counter to the guys out back who do the application process.Second is the fact that the owner is actively engaged in the business. He was there to talk with me about the applications I wanted on my vehicles, and he also participated/oversaw the actual application. This guy is hands on, and aims to please.Third is the nice waiting area provided for customers. There is a leather sofa and chairs, a TV, a daily newspaper, and a washroom. It is very clean and comfortably air conditioned.All in all it was a pleasant experience with a good job being done on all my vehicles. When I pay for a service of any kind this is what I expect in return.The sign of a good vehicle oil spray job is when it drips off the underbody for a few days afterward, and later on you see oil creeping up over the lip of the trunk lid, the bottom of the doors and around the door handles and locks.I hope this business does well as owner and employees are putting their best into it.

Krown oil treatments are the best protection on the market, when its applied properly by a well trained technician. I've had many old cars over the past 20 yrs treated with Krown before from a garage in montreal, and watched it being done many times, by a certified technician who knows how to properly treat a vehicle, old or new. That technician also teaches new Krown techs how to properly treat and protect a vehicle. The technician who treated my car in 2020 at the Cornwall location, has not been trained properly. Protection was only applied to cover 30% of my vehicle. For example, rocker panels along the bottom of the car that are exposed to the most corrosive conditions in the winters, are supposed to be drilled for access holes to spray the Krown oil inside them, to fully protect them. Not one hole was drilled in the rocker panels or the door jams, or even inside the trunk on the quarter panels, surfaces were all bone dry after paying full price for the treatment. Definitely will not go back there, buyer beware. Best part of my visit to that establishment was the chocolate lab in the waiting room.

I had my Ford Edge rustproofed today. They did a good job in a timely manner. I checked in at the back of the shop and at one point there were 4 technicians working on my car, as I said a good job and quickly done. And they washed off any overspray afterwards. I'll be back.

Love the new ownership at this Krown, Andrew and his staff really know what they are doing! Same location and same great product and such good work now. They really know how to spray a vehicle well and take care of the client. Owner (Andrew) even told me about a coupon to help me save money on my treatment. Will definitely be back next year!!!

I met the new franchise owner today. A refreshing change from the previous era and pleasant fellow. The technician who sprayed my car noticed a severe engine oil leak on my vehicle and informed me immediately. Many thanks to his diligence - he saved my car's engine.
