I've been here twice and decided not to come here again. There is no concept of an appointment. Even if you book an appointment online, you will still be given same priority as the walk in. Even though wait times are high across all clinics, the organization here is extremely poor.

I came in on the 4th to see if my shoulder is sprained or dislocated. They sent me to valley imaging for X-rays but now I have now way of contacting them to receive my results. NO phone calls emails or nothing… this is insane I just need to know if I’m okay. Please someone send me a number that sends me to an actual person.

My family and I have always had good experience with the front staff. Sure it can take days to make an appointment but which clinic is not busy these days? Dr Desai is also the best!

This review is for Dr Dippeka Soni (Rheumatologist), not Willoughby Medical Center. After a year of multiple different appointments/tests I was referred to Dr Soni, to be honest I’m not sure how she is even practicing. Worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. She asked a few questions and advised me that I don’t have discoid lupus and refused to help in anyway. Her arrogance & dismissiveness was something I have never experienced before. She’s beyond horrible.After another month of waiting, I finally saw a different specialist that performed a biopsy which came back positive to discoid lupus. Which Dr. Soni was completely confident I did not have.

After being on hold for 10 minutes, they put me on hold again. Then when they answered the phone I asked about filling out disability forms. They then told me they didn't do that, maybe some of the family doctors do, but not for me. Then she told me to look up newton advocacy, which I did and it doesn't exist as an entity. There is the sources newton resource center which also isn't answering their phone.

Secretaries in this clinic are very impolite are rude all the time. When you contact them you waited for 10 minutes or more then when they pick up the phone they’ll just hung up the phone just less than 1 minute with no reasons. The Iady with East Indian accent is also rude with less than 1 minute she hung up the phone right away. Every time I called them it takes 10 minutes to 15 minutes before they answer my calls, then they just hung up the phone with no reasons. I only talked to them with 4 seconds then she hung up .

The worst, my appointment was booked at 2:40 they put me in the room at 3:20. 3:45 doctor comes in and as I am explaining my needs he interrupts me and tells me there is someone ahead of me so he bails on me as I was explaining my issue. Very unprofessional work, I do not recommend coming here.

zero stars.I Was so happy to finally have a doctor for my CHILD. But, I can never ever book him an appointment. EVER. I've tried on multiple occasions.Nothing days ahead, apparently he's booked 2 months in advance ??? I could possibly" get a same day appointment ( only 3 days a week though

We have had a wonderful experience at this clinic. We have experienced care at the clinic 3 times in the past month and its the ease or making appointments, the availability of doctors and short wait times that i am so glad we have. We have met with Dr Martens, Dr Cappon and Dr. Mandaloun all 3 were great at giving time and listening and explaining.
