Visited Peavey Mart yesterday. The Manager and her young male associate were very helpful in scouting out the birdseed I was looking for. I've noticed a difference in the store (cleanliness and service ) the last few times I've been in. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely the rudest phone skills!! Don't have a phone line if you don't want people to call! Check a product???....it feels like you're wasting their time....get a raincheck??...no need, they won't call you when it's in....and then they just get even more rude when finishing the call....just a hang up!! Lovely customer skills.... different when you're physically there.....

This store has become absolutely horrendous, they lost all their best employees that use to be the reason people like me continued to shop here. The store manager" is the dumbest and most useless employee they have and is down right rude to customers when she obviously doesn’t know the answer to a question. The staff seem to have a very outward negative opinion of her as well from what I can tell. That goes along with the fact they never have any product

I don't know this store well, but I use it as my backup store. If the stores that I usually shop at, and know relatively well, are out of the product that I'm looking for, I go to Peavey Mart. It may not be the exact same thing, but it's the same type. I'm going to have to shop here more often.
