Hero Certified Burgers
Got fries and poutine. Food was hot, and tasted great! Service was adequate, but could have been friendlier. And the order of fries was skimpy for the price - and they were skimpy with ketchup and napkins. Like they couldn't afford to give them out? And the tables needing cleaning. But overall, we liked it!

Hero Certified Burgers
We are hero burger fans but we do not like the location on Markham Rd in Markham... We have been twice and both times haven't been the typical quality food for hero burgers. We figured the first experience wasn't great because they just opened and they were working out the kinks. Just went today and service is about the same.Took forever to get our food - over 15 minsI usually get a burger with no bun and I remembered from last time I had minimal lettuce (normally I get at least 3-4 leafs at other locations and last time I had one there...). (*Note the rest of my veg/pickle was sparing as well, maybe 1-2 slices of pickles, jalapeno pieces of onion and maybe 1 slice of tomato.) So this time I asked for double the amount, and I got two leafs. Last time I had a normal amount of sauce, this time I would say I had some burger with my sauce. It was drowning in it, and I scraped it off to the side and it was still covered. ~ I know I could have asked for another if it was drenched but I really didn't want to wait another 20 mins for a new one ~. Needless to say, I think I will go back to the one at McCowan and hwy 7 (even tho the one on Markham Rd is less than 5 mins away from me).

Yummy fried chicken. Always a good deal going on with Ubereats such as “buy 1 get 1 free chicken sandwich/cheeseburger” which I like to take advantage of. Tried the new buffalo chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it I ate the second right away lol.

It is a really short walk from my workplace so i thought of giving it a try.The restaurant was empty and they also have wifi .The servers were polite and smiling.I got the medium patty Hero signature burger combo with Chocolate shake.The burger tastes so soft that i melted in my mouth and yummy.The fries were so fresh and had the crunch and softness .The chocolate shake was very good and was of decent size.It was a very fulfilling meal.It could a be expensive for some but i believe value equals price .I will definitely this chain again.

We both got their NEW Smashed Burger Combo. These Smashed Burgers were AMAZING, it came with a juicy, caramelized 3oz Smashed Beef Patty, Cheese, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Pickles on their soft and fluffy Potato Bun, we were feeling fancy, so added crispy Beef Bacon, Fried Egg, and Sauteed Onions, it enhanced the flavour so much! We also upgraded both of the sides from Fries to Crunchy Chicken Strips and Mushroom Poutine, we highly recommend the Chicken Strips, they were crispy, tender, and the Ranch dip was PERFECT for it! Mushroom Poutine had a RICH gravy, a ton of Mushrooms, and Cheese Curds, gosh WHAT A MEAL!

Great atmosphere, amazing food.Thanks guys! The meat was a little dry and not hot off the grill kind, not better then Harvey or even mc Donalds, hey on the good side, the zucchini sticks and fries were awesome !

Fries got smaller price stayed the same. Milkshake is great no complaints but a bit pricey. Food quality almost matches but I think porition could compliment the Hero" name a bit more... they have one size drink as well... milkshake is my favorite but it's $7"
