My midwife referred me Dr Jay Nayak for my husband's vasectomy. I contacted them via the webiste and got a reply with an appointment very fast. The information provided was incredibly beneficial and the healing was a bit faster than they suggested it might be. I would recommend them to anyone looking to halt any more additions to their family.

Horrible customer service and respect for others' time. I had 2 phone calls doctor appointment, took time off from work to receive the phone calls both times, and the first time the doctor call 2 hours after the scheduled time and the second time even after contacting the clinic after an hour waiting for the phone call, never received the call. I understand things can have happened on the previous phone call, but keep another patient waiting without any contact from an employee, or an explanation is complete disrespect with the patient time. They have to improve A LOT, their phone call appointments, or just stop doing it .

Super easy process! Dr. Patel had a great bedside manner and the premium package helped with the nerves. Wore the shorts with the ice pack and was back in action the next day.

Everyone at the clinic is very nice and professional. They make you feel comfortable even at a very uncomfortable time.

Dr Nayak’s calming nature, professionalism and attention to detail gives me the confidence to conquer anything. You will find no one more caring, compassionate, patient and understanding. My surgery was 6 years ago and he still gives me the greatest care. There’s none better!
