We purchased a set of washer & dryer also refrigerator from Hi-Tech World in December 2016.All appliances are working great without issues the service was a great experience with a scratch and dents appliances it was worth to spend our money there.This our review after experience over 6 months using these products. I got a refurbished counter-depth French door fridge from this company a couple of days ago. Hawai was very nice and accomodative. I was looking for no scratch no dent. She noticed though a problem with the one I was supposed to buy first (there was an unnoticed dent), and suggested a better one, more expensive though in fact, but almost at the same price for me. The delivery guys were great, no scratches on the hardwood or walls, and my kitchen is not an easy location in the house to get a fridge there. For now the fridge is working ok.UPD: The fridge broke down in 9 months. Compressor and electronic boards. No sense to fix.

They are super helpful and very nice people! And they have a lot of great stuff there, with awesome deals. I bought a dryer from them, they warrantied it, wrapped it up and put it in my car for me. I went all the way from mississauga, buts it's definitely worth the trip! I'll be going there again for any of my appliance needs.

If you have been scammed from this store, FILE A CONSUMER COMPLAINT WITH THE MINISTRY OF CONSUMER SERVICES. That is the only way we can stop companies like this that are dishonest. Obviously not everything they sell is defective, but when it is, they will not refund your money because it's their store policy (regardless of the fact the policy is breaking the consumer protection act). Phil should be in jail as he is completely dishonest, has no regard for the law, and will give you the run-around" for months until you give up. DON'T GIVE UP! LET'S GET THIS BUSINESS SHUT DOWN!!"

DO NOT GIVE PHIL YOUR MONEY! We bought a floor model dishwasher off him from an ad on Kijiji and got sold a broken unit. He won't refund the money, claimed to want to help us get Bosch to repair or replace the unit, and now won't return our calls and has gone completely silent. Phil is a liar and a con-artist. Avoid!

Phil is a very friendly guy, and was helpful in trying to select from the items he had available. I recommend that you go in prepared to barter! :) It is a fun cross-cultural experience! I was able to get a very nice set of luggage, at a great price.

Don't ever buy from them. The worst customer service experience I've had in my life. The owner simply said it's my business and I can do whatever I want. Owner very rude and disrespectful. They lied to me twice. They said that they have the product I'm looking for and When I'm there first time they gave me shredder was not working, second time they gave me the shredder that owner was using. And told me come in 20-30 days and I will exchange it for you. It's just so silly. Honestly this is not a way to deal with customers.

Guys! Never buy from these crooks... they are selling stuff that was written off by a manufacturer because it doesnt worth fixing a product. But they say it's new or used to be display or a floor model. It's a lie. I have realized it when I have found a sticker at the back of the washing machine that they probably forgot to remove that said Factory Defects" "write-off" They give you a 30 days warranty on their products but even after they try to fix it there is a chance that it is not going to work properly just like my machine...and you will not be able to return it ...And a black salesman there is a total lier! When I came home and took a closer look on my washing machine I realized that he lied to me seven times before he sold it. I wish I bought new or something used but at least it worked properly but now I'm stuck with a lemon which will end up on a curb and that's 600 bucks..."

Do NOT buy anything from these dishonest people! I bought an electric stove - I asked to test it to see if it worked at the store before purchasing it & the manager, Phil, said they can't test it on-site (which turned out to be a lie) but he assured me it worked. Once delivered, I discovered that it didn't work. I called to ask Phil to honour the warranty by either repairing or replacing it as he initially said they would. He refused to repair it but said once they get a stove in stock they would replace it. He said they had none at all in stock because it was, in his words, not stove season". He initially said that he would have one in by the end of the month. The month ended & then he said that he would have one by the end of the next month. It has been over 3 months since purchase now & still no replacement. We decided to 'surprise him' by going to the store & he suddenly had one
