We called on a whim, he showed up, gave us a professionally written quote, started when he said he would and worked everyday until finished. The end result was a true work of art.

Josh is the ultimate mason. From the initial inquiry to the final day of clean-up, he was a kind, honest, hardworking and artistic craftsman. We are so pleased with his work and loved his positive sunny disposition every demanding day on the job. 5 stars and then some!

We hired Mountain Creek Masonry to repair our chimney (replace the chimney crown, cover the old brick with new stone, repair the flue, and replace the chimney’s metal ash door). Josh Hentges, the owner, did an amazing job! In addition, he helped us find a chimney cap with more design to it, referred us to a company that makes custom fireplace inserts with doors, and then he installed the insert. Our chimney looks amazing covered in the new stone and the new fireplace insert looks like it has always been there.We have worked with a number of contractors and specialists over the years and Josh is one of the best - he’s very professional and does high quality work. He worked very hard to get the job done and did a complete cleanup of the area afterwards. We are having him come back in the spring for some additional stone work.
