Holds limited inventory. Bakery and pastry section is often empty, and the staff dont get in before 10am. If you're looking for any kind of cake, your luck is in the freezer with mini 6 frozen cakes. Lunch items in kitchen is good

I was impressed to find huge grocery store in downtown (in the middle of financial area, between hotels and offices).There are all departments: bakery, hot meals, fresh meat and fish, fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen items and diary.

Ever since this Provigo opened, I have often noticed expired milk, cheese, dairy products, and several other food items. I have informed the store manager and sent emails to the PC customer service about this concern. Last week, I visited Provigo to purchase cheese. I noticed a P’tit Quebec cheese that was full of mold. I also noticed a PC cheese that was covered in mold. Both cheeses were not expired, but clearly the staff are not keeping the products refrigerated while in the back storage. There are also lots of price discrepancies where the advertised price does not appear on the cashier. Please familiarize yourself with the ‘ price accuracy’ policy because you are entitled to get an item free when this happens. I do not trust this Provigo to store food safely before it is delivered to the consumer.

It is beautiful, it is luxurious, but it's too small, customers bump onto each other; and the employees are rude. I asked one about the bread in display and he yelled rudely It's not for sale!". Also

A very bad experience today. I went there at around 11:15 a. m. to buy live lobsters, but nobody was there for lobsters. I tried to ask the two women staff standing near me, but was totally ignored. Then I asked two men staff when I could be served, but was responded in French when I spoke English to them. However I stood there and waited for at least 5 minutes but no one came. I finally left this Provigo and bought my lobsters in Metro.

It's a great provigo, amazing location where they also have lunch dishes that you can take to your office for a quick lunch. The ease of using self checkout makes it an even better experience. It is also a normal supermarket where you can go get your groceries and baked goods.

Was pretty unique to see a small grocery store to be on a second floor of a high rise. Simple selection, have most of the stuff you need though little variety. People don’t tend to realize it’s like a loop to go in, not come in from the cashier side. No baskets but the carts were useful. The location was pretty handy due to I was in Montreal for a trip and took transit everywhere so a downtown Provigo near Bonaventure Station was really helpful. Wished other cities have something like this downtown, not just a big parking lot store!

Hood experience at lunch counter. Hirl complimented me and it was kinda cute but not uncomfortable.Generous portions. Good price especially for the area.

The location is great. Overall ,the products are more expensive than the products in other grocery stores. Some limited sale products could be considered. I can’t buy the ideal meat which part or variety I want. The self-checkout machine can’t scan optimum card to collect points.
