The manager Steve was extremely helpful. One of the Rona staff only gave me partial information, so when it came time to placing and fulfilling my order, it didn’t seem possible to get what we needed within our time frame. However, with Steve’s help, they were able to fulfill our order on time.

Staff is always great but they have recently started price gouging hand sanitizer through COVID. A small bottle was nearly $70 the last time i went in on June 8. Shoppers sells the same size for $24.99.

I wish I could say support this local business, however, I've had bad advice after bad advice from uneducated staff. Unless you know exactly what you need, I would avoid asking for help. Home Hardware seems to have more knowledgeable staff.

Great customer servic!. Both the 2 managers I spoke to were polite to me and helped me find exactly what I needed, and more importantly they respected my mask exemption.It makes me feel like my rights are respected when my mask exemption is acknowledged as it is the law of our human rights.

Rona Whistler is my go-to place for most building products in Whistler. The yard and store are well organized and the staff are helpful. Prices are also as good as they get for the area.Whether its the counter staff or the guys working in the yard, everyone working here is super friendly, helpful and easy to work with.As a contractor, I especially appreciate Mel's hard work in the contractor sales office. She's always quick to respond and very efficient. Thank you!

Good service not ridiculous prices but limited selection, most things can be transferred from Squamish but that doesn't help when you need that fitting or particular part in a rush.At the end of the day pretty good for a small town Hardware store... and better stocked than anyone else in town.

Rona were excellent when we couldn't get a BBQ to our whistler home during COVID for renters. They put it together and dropped it off the same day. Much appreciate their speedy and helpful customer service!
