Cant say enough about this shop. Was having a hard time finding some custom parts for my shovelhead, Pat and George solved that problem for me.

I brought my Vrod in to get the brake fluid changed, and spark plugs replaced. The only reason I went there, is my usual mechanic was fully booked for months. I should have know better, since when I called the receptionist was aggressive, condescending and rude...should have gone somewhere else. During their repairs, they broke my battery terminals and took no accountability for this. When I questioned the owner, he argued with me and told me 'fine then I will keep your bike.' Followed by ' we have enough customers and I don't care if you come back'. Which I wont be. Be warned, beware of these people.

Had my bike dyno tuned at welch based on word of mouth and convenience being close to my house. Brought my bike in to drop off 2 days before my appointment which was scheduled for the following Monday. Wednesday comes and pat calls me to tell me that the paper I provided with my power vision tuner licence is useless and that my mechanic who i bought the licence from was suppose to have given me a download of my tune and licence on a USB. I obviously was not aware that I needed that. So pat tells me they have been constantly in contact with my mechanic who they know personally and have been trying to get him to send over the tune info. Apparently the emails are not working when my mechanic sent the file and so he drove a few hours round trip to bring in the download personally. At this point I am told my bike will not be ready by end of week as per plan. Understandable of course. So I call the following week on a Tuesday to check in for a update. Pat now tells me that the USB my mechanic brought in had the wrong tune on it and so again they had to spend time having to call power vision personally to retrieve my licence and tune info but also letting me know that this issue has caused them to be behind on 2 other people waiting to get dyno tuned. Even though that this issue was not my fault I still feel bad about everything. They tell me they have the tune licence now but that they are working on tuning the 2 other bikes and then my bike will be after and so she didn't know when my bike will be ready. I told them ok no problem and that regardless if the bike is done or not that I need to pick it up on the following Thursday since I have a trip planned. She says they will do their best but no promises. Fair enough.Thursday comes and she calls me and tell me my bike is done but that it was a gong show cause my bike had too much oil in it and it blew the dipstick off and sprayed oil everywhere and all over their dyno. Again I felt very bad and hoped they were ok. She then tells me that they will he charging me 1 hour of shop time for having to pull apart and clean the dyno. Sucks but again I felt bad and agreed to the charge. Then I am told by the way we also are charging you half hour shop rate for dealing with your mechanic and having to retrieve you tune licence. I was not happy at all with that. I do not feel this was my fault. I feel that rather than going ahead and spending whatever time they did dealing with my mechanic and power vision that they should have let me know first that if I want them to retrieve my licence, there would be a charge. At least I would have had the option to say no and that I'll call power vision and deal with my mechanic to retrieve my licence info. Instead I'm slapped with the surprise in the end and told to get my mechanic to reimburse me. Obviously I already knew what my mechanic would say. I'm sure this place does great work like everyone says but I was left feeling like a unsatisfied customer. They seem like ok guys but my whole time there I didn't get a positive welcoming vibe. Instead I felt like they just wanted to get rid of me. My mechanic told me that they were mad that I brought my bike to them for tuning instead of letting him tune it. This made me feel like my business was not valued or appreciated. I explained to pat in the beginning that the only reason I brought it to welch to tune was because of convenience issues. Driving to my mechanic 2 times with 2 vehicles so I can get a ride home which is 4 hours in total drive time i could use to spend enjoying other things, versus, a 10 min drive to Welch to bring my bike there and save me a lot of valuable time.In the end it was a pricey 840 dollars for a 4 hour tune. The oil spill mishap I was willing to pay for. Paying them to deal with my mechanic and power vision which I would have gladly done had I known I would be charged is just not acceptable.Great work they do, but sorry, the whole customer service aspect of it will not bring me back again. I will gladly drive 4 hours total next time to my mechanic.

Had an appointment for my ride at Harley Davison. They knew the year and everything. A week goes by for phone call the day I'm dropping it off. They canceled on me. Saying the don't have the tec to work on it. CALLED Welch bang in same day. You can tell they know their stuff by the bikes they had at the shop. Very nice lady at front and very helpful. Thank God for an old-school bike shop

If your looking to have your Harley taken care of weather it be a service or an up grade they definitely deliver top notch service, just had my 13 road glide engine done with an S&S 110 kit , plus a few extras and I could not be happier with the result, can’t wait to get the break in and final tune done to really open it up
