Came here to look for eye drop and happy with the selections. This Shoppers has Canada Post next to the pharmacy and a self-checkout machines for fast and convenience purchase.

The worst location in GTA. Stuff are extremely rude, unhelpful, and entitled. If your job is to provide assistance to customers, why act so aggressively? They’re assistant manager Jada has hell of an attitude and extremely unhelpful. Need better management and training for their stuff, really needs to learn how to speak with customers or just people in general. Avoid at all costs!

I’ve been filling prescriptions at this SDM location for over a year now. The pharmacy staff are all very kind and helpful, but they are always seriously understaffed. I feel bad for them, they always look a bit frazzled with the amount of people they have waiting. I have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes to get my prescriptions filled in person, and wait a minimum of 20 minutes on hold to speak to a pharmacist. I’m not sure who is responsible for keeping this location chronically understaffed, but it’s not fair to the pharmacy team and it’s very frustrating for people just trying to get in and out quickly. I’m going to transfer to another pharmacy to get my medications if this doesn’t change soon.

My husband purchased a hair straightener for me from this location for $150 for my birthday this April. Since I already had one I went to return it just 2 weeks after their 30 day return policy. Everyone in the household was recovering from covid so we couldn't get in to return it in time - unless we would have ignored public health guidelines. The assistant manager refused to refund or provide a store credit, he said their system isn't capable of processing the return after the 30 days". I explained our situation with recovering from covid and he still refused to do anything. I guess we should have gone in sick and infected everyone around us??Later I called customer service at Shoppers and they admitted that the assistant manager could have done something if he wanted too

Poor customer service from the beauty boutique, decided to take my business elsewhere. The female employee should watch the way she speaks to customers. Don’t expect you get commission or the sale when you speak to customers like that and when you did not assist at all. There are many shoppers in the area and there is online shopping.———-This store is well-stocked compared to other stores in the area. I wanted to also compliment the male employee working the cashier on Saturdays. He is very polite and speaks to customers with respect. This store stands out and will visit again.

Was looking for a specific Enfamil product so I checked online to make sure this location has it. Online it indicated they had 7 in stock in this location. Because of this I drive to this Shoppers but did not find it. I asked the lady working there for the product but she said they don't carry it. I showed her that it showed they have 7 in stock but she said she don't know why but don't have it.Now I'm not sure how reliable the online website is in terms of stock. If it is accurate, that means the store just didn't bother tracking the product for me. If it is not accurate, then what's the point of having it?

Worst customer service I have experienced I have ever had at a pharmacy.It wasn't busy and I stood at the drop off counter for five minutes being literally ignored by the sole female staff member who seemed to be moving in slow motion.She helped another customer at the pick up desk , all while having looked at me multiple times and even after I said excuse me can I get help , she went back to whatever she was doing behind the back counter.Brutal. And this after I switched to this pharmacy because the location on Highway 7 at 9th Line is even worse.

Worst experience I've ever had. The Associat of African decent in Cosmetics thought I was going to steal a clinique lip gloss. She needs to be retrained on Customer Service and on what Racial profiling means. I could take this much higher bit I'm choosing to just do a Google review. I felt terrible. I'm in that particular location so often, spending thousands and this is how I was treated. Absolutely shameful. Do something about this.No excuse for this.

Live in this neighborhood for over 11 years , was their customer since day one, however will not go back to shop anymore, went there at 7pm, long line up, the lady at the prescription drop off was unfriendly and told me they don’t have my items and not offering any help to locate or order from manufacture. There is another SDM only 1.5 km away on McCowan, stay away from this store.
