Excellent service. Received the quote on one day and was repaired the next day. Friendly service and very efficient. The repair was well done and the car looks great. When we picked up the car during pandemic... the steering wheel and driver seat were covered with plastic and removed before we got in the car. I would recommend their service.

I can't remember the last time I've received such stellar customer service from a company. The people working here are honest, helpful, personable and obviously care for your vehicle as if it was their own. The repairs I needed after a minor parking lot collision were handled quickly and very efficiently. When I picked up my car it had been fully detailed inside and out and honestly looked better than before someone bumped into it! They even went above and beyond with their Covid protocols...plastic protective covers were placed on the steering wheel, shifter, driver seat and floor. Insurance had us take our Ford Edge here to repair glass and some window trim. The front seats and dash were also covered in little bits of glass, very little bits of glass.The manager (Moe I believe) was very friendly and open to discuss any concerns that I had. Even though we arrived at close to their closing time. He took the time to answer any questions that we had. I felt confident leaving the vehicle with them.I dropped my car off on Monday and they had it ready that Thursday. I was very impressed with the quality of work that they did. The car was completely clean, inside and out. I'm still looking now and then to see if I can find a spec of glass but it's all gone.I will definetly be coming back here voluntarily for any body work in the future.

Awesome experience! My brother has been in an accident in Ottawa but we live in Toronto area. It was difficult to deal with it remotely but it was much easier with their help. Manager Moe is very professional, helpful. He provided all estimates in a timely manner and the price was pretty fair. Unfortunately for our case it was not worth to repair so Moe even went further and contacted recycling/parts companies to see who will pay more for this car. I highly recommend their services.

Amazing service! I got rear ended and Bemac was amazing through out the process. They picked up my car from work for me and had a rental dropped off, I didn’t need to set anything up they took care of everything for me. They even repaired an issue that had nothing to do with the accident at no additional cost to me. Absolutely amazing! Thanks guys!
