Terrible service. All Gucci bags are in TWO year warranty even you got a FAULTY one!!!! I went to the store seeking for help but the manger named Lee is not providing me a satisfying solution and he makes me feel so bad. Here is the situation.I bought a BLACK Sylvie leather bag in 2017. I use it no more than half a year.Then I find out the BLACK leather turned RED. First, I thought I dyed the bag red accidentally so I just put it away and never use it again. Until recently, I find out it is a common leather problem for the 2017 black Sylvie bag so I went to the store hoping Gucci can repair it for me since it was a faulty product. The first time I went there, the two sales told me Gucci would probably fixed it or exchange me a new one as it is quite obvious the bag was faulty and it is in great condition which means it is not due to ‘old age’.Two months later, they told me I need to pay for repairing the leather since the bag has expired the 2-year warranty. This is my first time to be informed that I have expiry dates for my Gucci bags!!!I went to the store again talking to Lee who I believe is the manager of the store. He is not sympathetic or understanding at all. He noticed it was a faulty product and I told him I never know your 2-year warranty policy. (I believe most of the customers didn’t notice this policy.)Whatever I say, he just quickly replies...Sorry...your bag has exceeded our 2-year warranty...Sorry...your bag has exceeded our 2-year warranty...Sorry....your bag has exceeded our 2-year warranty.......At last, he said the store can only pay half of the repairing fee or we can give back your bag to you......I said I want my bag back and he just disappeared without saying anything!!!!!!! Later another sales associate help get my bag to me.This store manger makes me feel so bbbbaaaaaadd.... he acts like I don’t give a sh** to your ‘expired’ bag.....I am now so frustrated and regret buying this bag!!!!!!!

I order some shoes online and i choose the wrong size so i went today to find a way to get them the right size. I was so happy that even with the moving to the other location they had them. Ricardo was really helpful and kind ,the other 2 woman that was there too. I really enjoy it. For myself it was perfect time service... I usually know what i want or like and don't and Ricardo sence me well because of that i had to came out with a little matching purse. Can't wait to go shopping again.. they are moving to bigger place and amazing selection in few days!

This is a beautiful flagship store with great selection and wonderful staff. I had a very pleasant experience here with Johnny. He is knowledgeable and patient and I appreciate his assistance.

Went in on a whim to take a look! Walked out with new shoes! Its not a large store however, big enough with nice inventory. I cannot remember the name of the saleswoman who helped me but she was lovely! She was extremely patient and answered my questions/concerns. The process from start to finish was seamless!

Rare and refreshing are not generally the first things that come to mind when shopping at a luxury boutique. However…It was a pleasant surprise, walking into a very different vibe and experience here. The team of SA’s were warm, welcoming and engaging with customers as well as assisting one another.I was fortunate enough to have been helped by an amazing SA named Riccardo who really went above and beyond. His charisma, brand knowledge and genuine sincerity really set him apart. He made some great personalized suggestions and brought out some fantastic pieces from just a short conversation. Impeccable attention to detail. Lots of laughs, very enjoyable, zero pressure to commit. Five star service. Will definitely look for him next time.

Katerina was helping me find my first pair of Gucci shoes for my Birthday (last year, November) and she was absolutely amazing. Great customer service and she left me a Happy Birthday card in my bag, which I think is a part of great customer service. She definitely has a great products knowledge and helped me choose one of the pairs as I was confused between a couple. My shoes are so comfortable, I can’t begin to describe, 100X better than my Yeezys. Fully satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, Katerina! ♥️

Exquisite service from Johnny!Came in Friday after work in scuffed, ripped dirty clothing as it was convenient when heading back home to Coquitlam..I was greeted right away and given VIP treatment despite my image.Very happy with the service, my new wallet and the whole experience!Beautiful Gucci Store! I recently visited this Gucci store and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering to assist me with any questions I had about the products. The store itself was beautifully designed with a modern and luxurious feel. The selection of products was vast, ranging from accessories and handbags to clothing and footwear. The prices were surprisingly affordable, making it easy to find something that fits my budget. I was able to find some great pieces that I love wearing. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I would highly recommend the Gucci store to anyone looking for high quality, luxury products.
