Security is the worst part of this place .. every time i have a delivery here they make me wait at least 45-60 minutes for no reason

Management doesn't care about associates. I would not recommend this as a place to work. Some serious changes need to be made if they expect associates to stick around. The 5 years I was there new associates got about a 3 to 4 dollar per hour raise to starting wage. Where to earners went up by maybe 40cents. However there are some good people working there and if you can put up with the incredible mismanagement will work as a short to mid term place to work.

I drop and hook trailers at this site. Security means well and looks out for all drivers. I do wish they had portable washrooms as they don't allow drivers to use the washroom at the guard house as it creates a long line ups at the guard house. Best for drivers to use a washroom somewhere else before going there.

Horrible place when it comes to safety being there for 7 days and almost being taken out twice because forklift drivers do not care about the safety of co-workers. I've witnessed operators driving with pallets in the air. Driving at full speed in reverse without looking behind them or looking both ways. Failure to honk when coming around corners or driving in reverse. I seen forklifts colliding with one another at full tilt since no one communicates on them and on my very first day headed to break walking down the pedestrian isle had a forklift driver come at me full tilt not looking where he was driving then cutting into the pedestrian lane. When I talked to my floor super about it he said they cut allot of safety corners for time management then when I went to HR they just couldn't be bothered about safety concerns.

Current Production Associate, Amazing place to work! Very positive work environment and there is never a time you are without help! Everyone is very friendly and management is absolutely amazing! Hours are very manageable and the pay is very fair. I would highly recommend working at Simcoe Parts Services (SPS)!

They wounder why they have a 98% turn around rate when they fire some for no reason but others can kill someone and it cool. You start at $13 and they want you to work 9 years to a top rate of $18, they always say safety is their number 1 concern but if we're down manpower or behind then that goes out the window. I don't think that their is another company that cares less about there employees then this place.

I absolutely love my job! Such a great place to work! I work in the headliner (HLA) department.I love my co workers, my supervisors, HR is great etc.I feel appreciated for my hard work.Pay is reasonable, always over time. They have amazing attendance bonuses ever month, referral bonuses pay increases etc.The strive on making it a safe place so safety is #1.The only downfall they need better benefits for their employees they aren't the greatest at all!!Also the shift rotation could be difficult for some parents it's 2 weeks afternoons then 2 weeks days. But I love it it works for my family and I actually enjoy going to work every day.
