Ecoline windows have a great product for a great price. Vlad was by far the most knowledgeable technician from all window companies I received quotes and made it an easy choice. It was a pleasant experience to deal with this supplier and their staff.

Replaced all the windows on the house, and they look great.First got no-nonsense answers for all my question from sales guy (Vlad), at the time they were running some promotion so got nice free upgrade to triple windows which was great.Installation went smoothly and much faster than I expected, Rodion and other guys were excellent - they didn't do any damage while removing old windows, cleaned up everything after installation, I wish if every handymen who was in the house did such a job.I got triple windows and they are doing great as far as sound insulation is concerned. Weather is perfect at the moment (neither heating or cooling) so can't say about thermal insulation but they are energy star certified so don't expect any issues there.Hopefully they will last long, will try to find this review in few years to update how they are performing.

We had 16 windows replaced in a 1908 house as part of the Greener Home Grant program. We opted for high efficiency the triple pane windows of various shapes and sizes. Vlad was very through and responsive throughout the entire process. We had many estimates, and Ecoline had the best prices. The installation team was very efficient and fast. After the installation, they followed up and were quick to correct any defects and mistakes in the installation. Therefore, I highly recommended Vlad and Ecoline.

Great windows and service. High quality customer support. Windows were installed little bit later, but it was worth to wait. Also great benefit that were qualified for government rebate, I received 5 thousand dollars. Highly recommend!

The sales representative Vlad was very helpful and also very patient in submitting multiple options and quotes. I bought two replacement windows for a 1950 bungalow. The installation team was super (Alex, Irina, Dimi), they were knowledgeable and were done within 4 hours. I'm happy with the windows.The only downside was Ecoline's payment policy and process. No invoice, just an email to ask for payment when the installers arrive, which left me and the installers uncomfortable, since they had to literally wait until I showed them proof of the online payment transaction before they could begin working. Please, Ecoline, it's 2022.
