I bought my memory foam mattress here and gosh never had I sleep so much better! It only coated me ~$550.Every Thurs different items go onsale for the week, and guarantee you will find the best deal in town here. My favourite deal was cushioned dining chair for only $39!Also many things are good quality sold at economical prices which are hard to find these days. I highly recommend JYSK!

Just purchased a sectional from Jysk. Everything was very smooth and I had the best experience with the great customer service by the Manager(Chris) there. There was an issue with my delivered couch but he resolved it swiftly and had my item redelivered. A+ service.

I was looking for a household item and accidentally came across JYSK, Richmond when I lost my way at the Landowne mall. I couldn’t be happier finding this store. It has a variety of items I needed. And mind you, the price is super reasonable, sale items are a good deal. From that time on, JYSK is my priority store in any household/ office items that I need.

I was buying some furniture for my apartment Jysk have a great variety of beautiful things for any area in your house. I found a nice sofa.. so I had a lot of questions to do..Inmeditly Fifi come and help me with everything I needed. They have a great customer service.

Really good experience here. I want to give a big thanks to Nancy who was very helpful. I ordered the new steward couch and originally was told it was going to be delivered in a week or 2 which I was fine with. This delay turned into June and Nancy gave me a call to let me know. I needed the pullout asap at the time. I went to the store and she gave me another update to tell me that it would be July. Nancy then arranged for the floor model to be delivered to me the next day! Great store level service!

I walked in today and there was a lady named Christina and she was pretty helpful. Good customer service.They have pretty good stuff but sometimes it can be a little overpriced, friendly staff.

Employees are always friendly whenever I come and ask questions. Though sometimes when I am walking around the store, it feels like the employees are watching me, which I get in case people steal items, but I always get that feeling.
