I was searching for a designer/architect to prepare the documentation for a new basement window and other basement renovations and had a really hard time finding one. The ones I contacted never showed up, never returned my call or just asked for a hilariously high price.Then I found Carl and finally had a pleasant experience with designers and got a reasonable price right away!

I needed a structural engineering company that could provide a structural report to the city as quick as possible and after calling many engineering companies hearing about two to three timelines, Carl promised me he can get a drawing and report within days. I decided to go with them and they delivered on their promise as I had an approved report in less than a week and at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!
