By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started thinking about buying a home in Canada or what to expect throughout the process.I found Muhammad Usman Ahmed at Keller Williams as one of the realtors who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority. The amount of effort and time he puts into walking me through the whole process is unbelievable. Every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to him and he was there to guide me through. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands.
