Worse customer service..wanted to buy a open box cooktop..was on chat in morning on their website..they told me its a open box and good condition and one-year warranty, but when I went to the store to buy that. it was incomplete like missing half of the parts and its not usable.they selling it as is..I told salesman that its not fair. He was asking the name of guy who I chat with..every time we open CAS website its different guy chatting and misleading customers..wasted 2 hours of my life ..don't trust them..make sure to screen shot what they chat

Worst place to deal with. Long line ups for pick up and deliveries as they are always short of staff. Admin and warehouse workers are very slow in doing their jobs. Everytime you go to the warehouse you will see new faces driving forklifts with no experience and know nothing about how things work there..

Just a heads up to anyone coming here during this pandemic. Several people do not wear masks who work here, and public that show up also dont wear masks and it is not enforced.
