Outstanding customer service! I had placed an order on skip, and my dessert accidentally got missed getting packed. I was having a bad day so I placed a second order with a bottle of wine so I could still get my dessert and the delivery fee would be worth it. The staff were so sweet, wrote me a note apologizing for forgetting, and went above and beyond with some extra treats in the bag for my trouble! Absolutely will be ordering from here again, and all the food was delicious - the Oreo cheesecake was definitely worth all the trouble ☺️

We have always enjoyed the food here at the Langford location been coming here as well as ordering take out from here for a long time but while dinning-in this last time I had a very big concern I could taste something off in the drink I ordered (fountain drink) and with not a lot of concern (concidering what i just mentioned)they offered a replacement of different flavor I agreed only to have the exact same stomach turning taste in the second drink. Well after bringing this to the servers attention she casually says the lines are all connected and could need adjusting or something to that effect and she won't charge us for the drinks and that was that. I was so embarrassed and taken back we just paid our bill and left.

What can day for a restaurant trying to be a bar. This was absolutely the worst experience I have had in a while.The bartender are so poor they continue to fall short on the orders and top them up with ice so people don't know. I watched then personally taste 8 orders in row which means they don't know the mix as well.Food came from kitchen well done and to hide it the kitchen actually applied so much salt to my fish you could see the crystal. No salt on the fries but the fish was covered in. Fries are so greasy and over cooked. I left 95 percent of my food on my plate and waitress still hasn't asked why.Do not waste your money here.

I was at Brown's social house. I was taking pictures of the beer taps on the bar and there happened to be a lady sitting behind the taps. The bartender got extremely irate with me about taking photos in the bar assuming I was photographing his girlfriend who had happened to be sitting behind the taps. I assume, if it had been some gentleman it would have been perfectly OK and a different story.. The bartender personally kicked me out and the bartender personally cut me off from service and meals and demand that I pay my bill immediately and vacate the premises. Upon leaving I had the manager approach me to never come back to the restaurant. If this is how Establishments and staff of those establishments treat you for bringing them publicity I will no longer want to go to Brown's social house ever again and post for that company. I do Google reviews everywhere I go. It's all a matter of perception, and that is how the bartender perceived it at Browns Social House, in a way he wanted to. He even asked me to delete the photo which i complied with and had no dispute.I happen to be writing my review in the parking lot and the manager came out and told me to leave the property on top of all that.He also proceeded to take a photo of my vehicle and license plate as I was leaving the premises.Brown's is a great place for all kinds of eats. The staff ??? I don't know now after this happened.The quality of the food is of complete excellence on my visit.I would recommend any of my family and friends to eat there.Delicious. The Oreo jar is to die for. Gotta try one.

Amazing first visit.The food great, burger messy goodness. Fries seasoned perfect and they have probably the best gravy I have ever had.Good selection of craft beer and regular beer. Server was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, it was refreshing.Atmosphere is good, we selected the patio sectionWe will visit again

I would have rated this a five-star dinner but for two things. My wife's stated the garlic toast was tough to chew. The appetizer should have come with romaine lettuce. This would allow for a uniform wrap. The iceberg lettuce was hard to separate at times. Didn't allow for uniform wraps. Towards the end, you're eating it like nachos, which was quite messy for me. That being said, the flavors were amazing. We enjoyed every bite. The service was very good as well. We were greeted with a smile and brought to our seats. All the smiles were genuine from all the staff, which made us more comfortable to be there.We were seated by a window, and both of us enjoyed the atmosphere. We will definitely be back to try this place again. The reason for this is the flavors. We were so impressed with the appetizer that it will make it into our home meals, with romaine lettuce as the wrap. The portions are just right in size. I had to order dessert to go, but I enjoyed it later in the evening. A definite try for a casual dining establishment.

4 - 5 stars. A bit pricey, but you know what you’re getting and it’s a nice establishment. I appreciate the brunch menu since I’ve been getting tired of the same menu since the first Brown’s opened here, maybe 10 years ago.

Browns Social House is always a good time.Our Server Cole was delightfully friendly, humorous and prompt.He should get a raise if he hasn’t already.I would consider Cole as an asset to Browns as he took great care of us and was very patient as I was meeting with a friend I hadn’t seen in 2 years.Thanks for the awesome service and keep up the great work.Browns is in a great location and you can always count on consistency when it comes to the food and drinks.Order the house whipped Oreo cheesecake served in a cute little mason jar, you will not regret it.

Had dinner at Brown's tonight, our server was super nice and the manager Keely is AWESOME! Such amazing service. The food was alright, I only ordered the guacamole and chips and the ratio of guacamole for the amount of chips was very underwhelming but it tasted good. The brownie dessert was super tasty though and a big portion! Very nice environment on the patio side with the heat lamps and lights.

Great experience really great food. The variety is amazing. No complaints other than the price the average meal is around 20$ which is not bad but once you add a drink and a desert it’s like 33$ a person. The reason it’s still 5 stars is because the service and the quality of the food. The pasta, salads and chicken are there best options. It’s worth the price. You got to eat here
