I had such a good experience here insuring a new car. When I bought the vehicle, the dealer messed up the paperwork and I was totally at my wits end. The broker I talked to was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to make some calls and get the mistake sorted out for me instead of sending me away like the last place I had gone to. I'll definitely be making this my go to place for any car insurance!

Lilly.C.was very helpful and thorough, staff were friendly and acknowledged all who came though the door. Car insurance is never fun to buy, but this transaction was smooth. Lilly followed up with an email when I had forgotten to take the towing info.

I found out recently while renewing my insurance that they forgot to change my rate class two years ago when I got 10 years driving. So thanks to their mistake I was most likely overpaying for it insurance for the last two years. Went in to discuss this and they weren't able to resolve the problem or give me a refund.They also suggested last month that I get a new quote for insurance with the new ICBC rules, and they didn't give me a price. Big waste of time.Be careful when getting a quote from them, as they apparently don't check all the factors that will impact your premium.

I worked with Sid today and had such a wonderful experience with this intelligent and professional young man. He explained insurance to me so clearly and treated me with tremendous respect especially given my genuine lack of understanding. This young man is cut out for great things and I wish him well.

Home insurance cost rose 33% this year after more than a decade of zero claims, called their toll free number and agent could not explain it nor some of the other statements on the invoice for which there were charges. If this is how they deal with you when you're paying them, imagine how bad it would be if you had a claim. Go elsewhere, I did.

Absolutely the worst place to purchase business insurance. Unimpressed with the lack of communication as well as a 100% increase without shopping around. I feel completely taken advantage of as a small business owner. Difficult to cancel too!

Renewed my car insurance here twice, specifically discussed the low kilometre discount and took photos of my odometer and provided it to be eligible the following year. Later learned none of that information was properly recorded costing me 7.5% extra each year it was missed. When trying to renew during covid the website says it can be done by calling the office, I wanted to do it quick as it was a straightforward renewal so I called the office and was directed to go to the website and enter my own info, then received a message saying someone would call me, waited several hours for a call back even though I had just spoken to them on the phone and ended up in that time contacting a different insurance company and getting it all completed very quick and simple in a single phone call (where I learned there was no record of the mileage recorded). Now, about a week later they are calling me to remind me of my renewal asking me to call the office...terrible service.

Over a 7 day period I have left two voice mails and sent two emails in regards to a policy that needs to be adjusted. I have had absolutely zero response. This company pays lip service to customer service but absolutely does not walk the talk.

Thanks to the staff there. Despite ICBC servers being down the day I needed car insurance; they were able to get the paper completed.
