I have been this company for electricity for about 2 years and natural gas for 1. They have been excellent!They have great, accessible customer service. Bills are easy to read and the pricing is fair. I love that they give a portion of profits back into our local community!!!

Far and away one of the best customer experiences I have ever had, and that's with any business not just an energy company. They routinely go out of their way to help out and I have never had an issue getting a hold of anyone. In fact I have had numerous back and forth conversations via emailing that have not only been friendly but extremely helpful, and at the rate of instant messaging. Cannot recommend them enough

Excellent customer service experience. Called today to setup my utilities for home. The customer service representative named YAWIE helped me from A to Z to go walk through the entire process and helped me set up smoothly. I really appreciate her customer service skills and great positive attitude. So happy to be with Park Power. I am surely in good hands.

We switched our electricity, gas and internet to Park Power in 2022 and have been very satisfied with their service. Prices and services are excellent. Our internet bill was cut in half! Cannot tell you how much stress we DO NOT have each time we get our bills for Gas and Power. So fair and consistent. I’m so happy our friend recommended them. We have been with them for 2 years already!
