It took 6 hours round trip to reach the peak of Mount Crawford and the beach of Plaid Lake with food breaks and a dip. Bring a satellite capable device as cell service is limited. View of mountain tops and Plaid Lake. Water on the way to Plaid Lake. Dog friendly. 35 minutes from Crawford Bay. Last kilometre of road is steep and needs a 4x4 vehicle with high clearance to make it up. Park below and hike if you are careful like me!
