Great service overall, my agent was feisty in trying to get the most for me based on a old loyalty program. Came away with more data, a new phone, tablet, case for the phone and a decent deal on insurance and a trade in for less than I pay now. Can't complain. Virgin also has the best perks of you're into free movies, concerts and events.

I would give this a zero star if I could. My daughter stopped by this kiosk yesterday to purchase a pay-as-you-go SIM card. The employee tried to up-sell her products she was not interested in. When she insisted she only wanted a SIM card, he charged her $25 for the SIM card, with no receipt! A SIM card costs only $10. This employee pocketed the $15. We cannot even make a complaint because there was no receipt (as proof) provided.
