Was here to drop loaded trailer I asked the girl at security entrance to give me any paper which says I drop the trailer. And she was like shut up and she close the window on my face. Very disappointing and unprofessional staff.

This place needs clear signs or staff at the entrance that would give the drivers adequate instruction. Didn't wait long after I found the driver's entrance. Patrice Cromer was very professional & kind, much different than the other young lady that ran by me & ignored my request for help.

there is a steel post by the gate booth way out. the purpose is to protect booth from hit by the truck. But under the dim light at night, it barely seen at its bottom, it is a trap for trucker to hit bumper on it especially for 1st time driver.
