Support center for phone users who want advise from a live person is appalling. Texting and live messaging is not appropriate for high volume exchanges of information.

Terrible service from their support centre. Often refused to send a technician to fix what I described saying it could be fixed remotely by their call center.

My modem broke on Christmas and after a lot of back and forth with customer service I finally phoned the store and Kailyn helped me out. Not only did she get me a new modem, she also switched me over to the blue sky setup, increased my speed and saved me money....Customer service was horrible but Kailyn did a great job!! If you need any help, I'd highly recommend her!!

After a brutal experience dealing with Shaw online tech support" chat bots and being on hold for copious amounts of time with customer service to have a new residential internet service setup; it was extremely refreshing to deal with Ayo in person at the 1st ST SW Portage location. A true professional in every sense of the word! Ayo was knowledgeable
