He's nice at first but quickly turns. Honestly the rudest interaction I've ever had with someone. He pretended there was only 1 accident on the car but there were 2 on the carfax. Even on the carfax at first he tried to convince us they had just 'repeated the first accident twice'... my partner was like, it's different dates tho...? He also told me he hadn't seen a carfax before :/ after reading other reviews I see he was very familiar with carfax and was just trying to hide the other accident. He's sketch! He told me I could have my deposit back and had me drive up there to say he was keeping half. I don't know why he couldn't have just been honest about not giving it all back on the phone? Nothing is transparent with him. Everything about him was just salesmen sketch. I was naive and trusting because this was my first time buying a car and thought people were just honest.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could, or even negative stars.Francis had a 2015 civic listed for sale, and upon visiting his shop, I noticed that the vehicle that was advertised had 2,000 km more on it than what was advertised. When I inquired about it, Francis told me that he drove the car to Montreal over the long weekend. In addition to that, the car had scrapes, scratches, and dents that he failed to identify in the ad. When I asked about those, he lied to me and told me that it was just dirt...To make matters worse, Francis refused to return my $200 REFUNDABLE deposit, that he originally claimed would be fully refunded if I decided I no longer wanted the vehicle. After calling him numerous times over several days; Francis ignored many of my calls, hung up on me, and kept telling me just to be patient.Days later, when Francis FINALLY returned the money to me via e-transfer, it wasn't the full amount. When I called and spoke to him about it, he made up some excuse that the $200 I sent him is considered business income, so the bank takes a fee off of it. He refused to return the full amount, which is illegal I might add.I have filed a formal complaint with OMVIC, who had to deal with the dealership directly to get me the remaining funds that I was owed.To clarify the false narrative being perpetuated by Francis, I NEVER test drove the vehicle, so his response about me driving the vehicle for 3 hours is a lie. I never called Francis to see any vehicle late at night, as he falsely claims.I urge anyone who is considering getting a vehicle from Francis, simply to find another dealer.For those who have had negative experiences, where Francis has withheld money that he was not legally entitled to, I recommend that you file a formal complaint with OMVIC, who will deal with Francis directly. Formal complaints will permanently be on the dealer's record, based on information I obtained from OMVIC.

I was looking for a car a 2004 Lexus es 330 with only 88.000.00 k/m . So I called Francis and asked him what condition the car was in , he told me it’s in excellent condition, but before I went there I went on Google and seen his reviews some were really bad , but at that moment I did not judge him because of some bad reviews , so I decided to go see him and show me the car , it was everything he said it was , the car was in immaculate condition started and couldn’t believe how good it sounded . However I did not test drive it because the car was way in the back and to many cars to move to test drive it . I bought the car because I new from my experience without test driving it , it’s a great car . Now that it’s my possession. All I could say is wow what a beautiful car drives like new . I want to just say never believe what people Wright on the reviews because just to show you I am a very happy customer. Francis is a genuine gentleman. Thank you so much Francis for a wonderful car .

Lists cars with miles on them as km. For example they have a car listed as 176000 km when it actually has 179000 MILES or 288000 km. Real scammy.

NEVER EVER BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALER!!! I bought a toyota prius from this guy and he gave me the warrenty for the transmission, engine and hybrid battery in the bill of sale. Within just a week, my hybrid battery got problems and i called him to let him know about it. He answered the call and told me that he will not give me the warrenty. He told me to fix it by myself. He is a real lier. Once he sold the car, he never value his customers. So, pls guys, dont buy cars from him. He also told me he did the rust proof for the car and actually he didnt do that. I only realised once i came home. So, whenever i have chance, i decided to go markham and just stand infront of his shop and let the buyers know these things. I dont mind even if i loose a day or couple days work. Pls pls pls dont buy car from him and get fooled. He itself told that its about luck to get a good car from him, wowww. Then i think most of the guys are unlucky when they take car from him. And thats the reason why he has somany negative reviews. And with the hybrid cars, it was my first time taking it, thats the reason i asked him for warrenty on it. If you give the warrenty, i dont want to blame the manufacture for not getting it replaced. Do i want to add the picture of bill of sale were you gave me the warrenty for engine, transmission and battery. Also can i bring the car back to you to check if its rust proof??

I recently had a very good experience with Francis, his prices are fair and he willing to work with you.His lot is full, literally every inch lol, but the whole process was smooth except the Financing part, where you will have to get to Dufferin st and 401 to sign documents and provide identification.If possible, pay cash and skip this part but another than that you should be good. I was a bit wary of previous reviews but a friend recommended him and I do now also. I not sure if this is a different Francis but he is the man you want when looking for a car for your needs.Happy 2007 Honda Odyssey owner.

Reply: The mere way you speak to people online shows your arrogance, lack of respect and how pathetic you are as a business. Whether I buy something or not, someone is entitled to their opinion if they have an experience with your business. Especially the way you communicate with me, others should see, and judge if they should give you any of their hard-earned money. Your vehicles also sit months in your inventory for how you talk to people probably as well, not just for them being so overpriced and in poor condition.Nothing but high mileage vehicles on their lots, in poor condition. Cars listed online between $1,000 to as much as $4,000 above the average selling price of competitors!! Cars remain in their inventory for as much as 135 days. Seems like a dealer trying to milk every penny from buyers, instead of just selling cars at fair prices.All vehicles poorly parked, guaranteed to ding the door of the vehicle beside you just trying to get out. The replies these simpletons send out to others on Google, going after customers in a confrontational way is comical. No thanks...

I waited a few months to leave a review and I am glad I did.I purchased a used vehicle from Francis in January. I was coming from a distance, and wanted to make sure the car was in fair shape… he said it was fairly rust free and would gladly rust proof the vehicle for me. When I picked it up, it had a very liberal layer of undercoating… sign one.The vehicle was surrounded by about 20 cars and looked like it had never been moved, although he said he had it serviced. Sign two. The moment I gotOn the highway and started to drive over 80, the car vibrates violently. I call Francis, and he offers zero help and says he never got a chance to try it out, so sign three that I should have never delt with him. He is a true conman, and buyer must beware. I read the reviews, tried to tell myself otherwise, but unless you’re buying a fancy car, this is not your guy. He definitely preys on the vulnerable.Now the thing is falling apart and I realized I made a multi thousand dollar mistake. Don’t be like me.

I bought a BMW last year, the price is good, I love my car very well, everybody should come here, he treats me very good. This is good!

I read the reviews but decided to see for myself. Francis was a solid and decent man. The car range was excellent. The prices were fair. The negative reviews are because people expect a 4-8 k car to be a 20 k car. Saying that you will find great deals at his lot. Also very rare and hip cars nobody else seems to have. After seeing countless cars on Kijiji or Autotrader and surviving to b.s. most are aware of on those sites Francis is a relief and will save you months of wasted time running around. If your Realistic and want a great deal check Francis out.
