Horrible staff, bullied my daughter and she quit because they made her feel unwelcome, Victoria for instance is one staff member who shouldn't be working in a place that requires positive attitudes and customers, her mother is someone who also needs a reality check. If I could give negative reviews I would.

The staff are very polite and very customer-friendly. They work to make sure you are happy and try to help you with everything. I really liked the experience when returning multiple items and exchanging others. They did not treat me like a 2nd-class citizen like some stores do during the returns!

I usually have good experiences here but with my recent purchases, it made me question on how many times i may have overpaid the original price tagged products here. I usually don't look under a price tag, thinking it's a mark down. I got my kids mitts on sale for half price thinking it's a good deal and was needed anyway. I got home a decided to peel off the other price tag to find it's a marked up item. It was $22.99 CAD and the sticker covering was $29.99! I paid $16 but it's the ethics behind it. Scammy. Sooo just double check the tags there.

I attended this location today, and received exceptional service from a sales rep named Jesse. He was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The deals were great, and I was able to purchase all that I came into the store for!

Had purchased a rucksack from the Oshawa branch some months ago, unfortunately the bag had begun to fail and I had lost the receipt. NO PROBLEM! I was able to exchange with a comparable rucksack. No hassle or argument, and was even given options for the replacement within the floor price of the bag. I would recommend Mountain Warehouse to any looking for reasonable bags with a great warranty
