Never experienced such poor customer service from 3 members of staff including the male store manager. Unhelpful, and quite honestly felt like they did not want my custom at all. It seems these particular members of staff are very miserable in their job role.

Great , i enjoy the place and this location here at PC MALL. Its huge it has 3 lavels. selection is good . Went shopping on boxing day late afternoon thanks to gift card . H&M reminds me of a mix of old navy meets shein lol. Staff are helpful and nice . It was hectic on boxing day crowds everywhere . This location does have plus size clothing up to a XXL & 18 size..... yeah it could be better selection for plus size like higher sizes and quantity but better then nothing. They have tons of XS & S sizes and anywere else in between with good verity . Got a kids section . Its got lots of other stuff like jewelry and phone cases, etc . Tons of clothes etc for whatever the occasions and reasons of wearing . Its next to public transportation this store location at this mall and central DT location too . The prices are reasonable probably the most affordable place in this entire mall for every budget ❤

Asked if there are other sizes of shirts, pointing at the shirt, and the staff said “Sorry that’s the only size we have”, so we were disappointed at that moment, however, we found different size of the same shirt later while walking around. I think the staff here is not very helpful, and also, some clothes are hanging in the wrong section which they charged me more at the cashier point since we thought it’s the same clothes but we picked it with a different material! Why does the staff here are not working but chit chatting only?

It’s located just outside the Granville metro station and near to Vancouver City Centre station. Staff is also very nice.

I recently visited H&M and was impressed with their selection of clothing. I found the perfect black long sleeve shirt that fits me like a glove! The fabric is high quality and the design is stylish. The store was well organized and the staff was helpful. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at H&M and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for trendy and affordable clothing.

Worst experience, I went on Canada Day and the staff was too upset to work on that day I guess, there was sale price at mens section and when you go to the counter they say that’s not from the sale section and they charge the regular price. Around 7 they closed the doors to the mall and the only exit was the Granville road, staff was saying management has closed the doors even to elderly people. I think you will improve and treat people better than this. I think it’s not the staff we have to point out, it’s the management. Sorry to say this, this was the saddest experience in an HnM I had. Thanks

PSA re: swimwear returns! Please read!I bought swimwear online from H&M in a range of sizes, as the sizes are pretty unpredictable. I bought bikini tops, bottoms, and all in ones. I tried them on at home, and went to return the ones that didn’t fit to the Pacific Centre store.I got to the counter and the associate informed me that swimwear bottoms were actually final sale. I was a bit taken aback and explained nothing warned me of final sale at checkout, and the hygiene strips were still in place. She suggested calling H&M costumer service as they were really helpful. I accepted this advice and moved on. I asked if I was still able to return the bikini tops, she said she had to check with her manager, and called over someone named Aditi. Aditi came over and said absolutely no I could not return the tops, something to do with storage???? I took the opportunity to ask about the bottoms and explained I wasn’t aware, in the hope that the manager could help. She snapped at me, and told me “it’s common sense that you can’t return swimwear to any stores”… firstly, that’s wrong. I explained that I’ve returned swimwear to A&E many times. Secondly, that was way unnecessarily rude.When Aditi left, the associate also expressed their shock at the way I’d just been spoken to, and informed me that the manager COULD have accepted the bikini top return if she’d wanted to, but clearly she wanted to be awkward and unhelpful that day.I called customer service and asked about the swimwear, on the previous associates advice. They WERE very helpful, and explained to me that the warehouse the postal returns go to is often very lenient with what they accept, and they should accept the swimwear I was returning and give me a refund. They also said that they’ll often still accept postal returns up to 60days - rather than the stated 30.I took that advice and sent everything back, beyond my 30days, and I did indeed receive a FULL refund for all my late swimwear items.Morale of the story, returning to store IS NOT actually easier.

Amazing selection of men’s tshirts they are available in various body types and fitting styles. So that in itself is a win + the good pricingThey also have a nice selection of jeans, jackets, formal wear etc.Good place for everyone to find somethjng they can wear

Very expensive clothing not very good quality and they don't have clothes for full figured women and i find that to be discrimination,bigger people cannot even shop there .just skinny toothpick women and the clothing gears towards teens and young adults mostly,i found some of the clothing qaulity equivalent to walmart. Like walmart quality with a different name. Nobody is around to help you with questions the staff are just visiting each at the front desk talking about their personal lives nobody wants to hear that and the music is soft rap innappropriate especially when children are there with their parents.h&m used to be good 6 or so years ago but now it's overpriced and maybe it's because it's on the granville strip mall but why do customers have to pay outrageous prices,I saw a t-shirt for $39.99 dollars that's ridiculous.
