I haven’t used their service department in years and today I am reminded why. Poor communication from start to finish. Explained I have to use the shuttle when booking appointment literally a week prior then when dropping off told otherwise if it less than 2 hours. When I asked for my key back to cancel, now they can. It just left for somewhere else. That was my warning sign, I should just taken my keys back and left. I will need a pick up shortly after I call in the afternoon, no problem she says. Call and waited almost an hour with me calling for an ETA update 3 times with the promise you are next the driver will call you. He did not. Rang door bell, woke baby up. The guy just walked away and said he was told he didn’t have to call. That request was from over an hour ago when I called for the shuttle. My husband says never again and I wholeheartedly agree. The kicker is when I bought this car, I had to return it a week and a half later cause they gave me the wrong car, VIN was different. I returned it and drove the other car off the lot with the promise of giving me the secondary key cause they couldn’t find it. I called back a month later requesting an update and was getting the run around. Needless to say, I should have learnt my lesson to be done with this place years ago. Save yourself the not needed stress and go elsewhere.
