If we could give 6 stars, we would! From start to finish, Erica made the event planning for our wedding weekend so easy and fun. She had advice and a suggestion for every little aspect, brought together our random ideas in a gorgeous cohesive way and fixed anything that went wrong, always with a smile on her face. Throughout the process, Erica kept us organised and made our time as efficient as possible while also making every step fun, and we always looked forward to our calls with her. She is an incredibly positive and professional problem-solver and you can rest assured that with her on board, absolutely nothing will go wrong (because she’ll sort it out without even telling you what happened!). Having her there meant we could both truly enjoy every single moment of our day with 100% confidences - which was absolutely priceless. Plus, all the vendors she suggested were complete rock stars. Our venue was also obsessed with Erica which tells you everything you need to know. She is just the best!

Erica was absolutely amazing!!! We had such a great experience with her!!! She was very professional, patient, easy to work with and always ready to help. We had some very stressful moments at the final planning stage because of the shipment delay caused by the pandemic, however, Erica was super friendly and supportive, she worked hard with us and strived to get us what we really wanted. I can’t tell how much she really cared about her clients and how much time she has spent with us. She tried everything she could to make our dreams come true on our big day. We were amazed by the final results as well as our family and friends. Thank you for everything you did for us!Erica was not just being helpful during our planning journey; she also showed her true value on our wedding day. She really created a stress-free and fun wedding day for us. Always had a backup plan for urgent matters, tolerated last minute changes from our end and took action immediately, handled our family and friends perfectly, arranged and assisted at least 8 vendors while guiding the entire wedding party at the same time. In addition, she has all kinds of stuff in her little purse, just like Doraemon, a fictional character in the Japanese cartoon. Thank you for fixing my hair with your hair spray! Thank you for preparing tissues in Ziploc in advance for my family and wedding party before the ceremony!After all, Erica is more like a friend to us now, and we never regret by hiring her. We highly recommend her!

My daughter sought Erica’s help for her east Indian wedding in August 2022 in Ottawa. She chose her “day of” service as it was expected to be a long day with several activities. East Indian weddings have so many different components and as the mother of the bride I was very nervous about how everything would come together. However, during our first meeting with Erica, I knew everything will be good as she was very familiar with all the different traditions and events of an east Indian wedding. During the preparation, her timelines, due date and suggestions were really helpful to us in completing our tasks in time. This avoided the last minute panics moments of “did we miss something”. On the wedding day, our family arrived at the venue knowing that Erica was working with all of our vendors and venue to make sure everything were being done on time and as per our expectations. Erica’s assistant Farhan was also a great help as both of them ensured that we were in the best hands. She was one of the main reasons, on the wedding day, I was calm, enjoyed the wedding festivities and could attend to our guests. Seeking Erica’s help was the best decision and I highly recommend her.Thank you so much Erica!

Erica helped us realize the wedding of our dreams. She adapted to our style very quickly (neither of us had much time for wedding planning), she curated vendor options for us (all were great), made decisions about details when we didn't (colour of the cupcake stand), and enabled us to really enjoy our wedding day. We got married at Chateau Montebello this October, and we couldn’t be happier with how it went! Hiring Erica was the best decision we made! Hands down! Erica is insanely organized, professional, resourceful, and a joy to work with! Her extensive network of recommended vendors and experience with our venue made planning very straightforward for us! We worked exclusively with the vendors she recommended, who were all great! She provided us with an easy-to-use wedding planning website that gave us the confidence to know we had done everything we needed and were on track! Such an organized planning process gave us more time to focus on the small details that made the wedding day unique for us as a couple! Knowing Erica was there coordinating everything during the wedding made the day genuinely stress-free for us! She took charge and ran everything incredibly smoothly, so we could be fully in the moment all day long! We cannot recommend Erica and her team highly enough! Erica saved us from ourselves! If we hadn't been introduced to Erica, we would have made many, many mistakes that would have cost us a fortune. One example - before we hired Erica, we nearly invited 40 more guests than our venue could realistically hold. It's this in-depth knowledge of all things weddings (from venues, to vendors) that makes working with Erica so worth while. The vendors she introduces you to are key. I can confidently say our photographer, hair/makeup, DJ, etc were all incredible. I never would have met those vendors if it wasn't for her. Since our wedding, we've heard from many guests who genuinely said our wedding is the best one they've been to in years. That's all because of Erica. Do yourself a favour, and hire her. Erica was a gem !!! She was my fairy godmother. If she wasn’t by my side, I am unsure how I would have handled my wedding planning or my nervous breakdowns. She was very professional, patient, easy to work with and always ready to help. She tried everything she could to make our dreams come true on our big day. We were amazed by the final results and our family and friends. Thank you for everything you did for us! Erica’s Knowledge of Chateau was incredible. In addition, she has all kinds of stuff in her little purse; like a true fairy godmother, she helped me to change into my second dress and helped to get rid of the Balsamic vinegar stain!!! Fixed my hair and touched up my makeup while guiding the entire wedding vendor.Erica, you were the best thing that happened to me on my wedding day and wedding planning jorney; thank you so much for making my dreams come true. Hiring Erica for our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made. From our first meeting I knew Erica had the experience, professionalism and patience to handle coordinating our East Indian Wedding. Leading up to the wedding, her checklists made sure not a single detail was left out, even details I never even though out about she made sure we had accounted for. It's not an easy task to coordinate such long day with many moving parts and ceremonies, and she handled it with grace and expertise. She took care of all the behind the scenes issues, and made sure us and our families with were taken care of that day so we could actually enjoy the day. She is truly a professional, but more importantly such a fun and calm person to have by your side, anyone would be so lucky to have her be a part of their wedding!

I photographed a wedding with Erica. It was an amazing experience for the couple and for myself. Everything was planned to perfection. The timeline was wonderful and the day moved along so smoothly. During the dinner service she even walked around making sure every table had enough water and wine. If you're considering hiring her you won't regret it.
