My experience at this clinic was fantastic, provided you are testing for a deadly virus, ofc. Staff was friendly, organized, professional and quick. All in we spent less than ten minutes at the clinic, between checking in at the front desk, confirming personal information, being tested and stepping out. We booked our travel tests in advance, and everything was setup for our arrival. Results were ready in less than 3 hours for the antigen test, and were sent via their online portal. Very very impressive.

A very efficient way of getting the paperwork you need in order to travel. I went to the Coquitlam location and dealt with Tamara. She took all my information for the letter of recovery and took the swab for a rapid test and told me the results would be emailed within 2 hours. True to her word, they arrived well within the time frame.

Our airline requested us to submit negative pcr test before the flight. So wr google and find Bon Voyage Medical in Smithe street, Vancouver. Its located one complex with JW Hotel, on ground floor.We fiĺled in our appointment for 3 people online for 10am. We came early at 9.34am on rainy days. The staff are very friendly and we are able to do the best on 9.45am. Fast, friendly, and professional.I would recommend this services to any body who needs it.Thank you Bon Voyage Medical!

This was a really easy and friendly service to get our pre-departure tests.I made a mistake on the intake form and it was fixed within a couple of hours. The service was fast and friendly and the results arrived sooner than expected which was always nice. Would use again for sure!

My initial interaction with them went really well! I booked a vaccination appointment over the phone and the staff I talked to was so friendly and helpful. But during our visit, the nurse really rushed us and wasn’t happy to answer any questions about the vaccination and its second dosage. She said she will send me an email with the report that says the recommendation date for the next dosage. I never received that email, I called a week after to follow up and i was told they will email it to me in a few days! A week passed and no report was sent. I called again and the staff told me I should send an email to request what I want. And I told him it doesn’t make sense as I am telling him now, after 10 min of the phone conversation and explaining several times what I needed, he eventually said he took a note and will get the nurse or the supervisor to email that to me… a week passed and no email. I called again and the staff said the email was sent on the day of the visit, i said I didn’t receive it, it was a very frustrating conversation as she didn’t believe I haven’t received that email and that the other staffs told me there was no email… eventually i got the record from the supervisor and they didn’t even apologize for doing such a poor job with sending the record and communicating about it! I will not go to this place again and I don’t recommend it to anyone!

We have used Bon Voyage Medical a few times to get Covid tests for travelling.They were quick to respond to some questions we had during the booking process. They were friendly and easy to communicate with.The office was easy to find with big signs posted throughout the hotel to point us in the right direction.The staff was friendly.And we got the results within the time frame that was advertised.We highly recommend Bon Voyage Medical!

Everything at the center went pretty smooth and fast.The staff, especially Sheida, was very helpful, responsive, and professional. The customer service and support were great. Booking was pretty straightforward, I booked my appointment 10 minutes before arriving there, and it didn't take more than 15 minutes to take the test, despite a considerable number of customers being present there. Since everything was done very fast and organized. They even helped me with recognizing the right test considering my travel destination and airline.And most importantly, my test result came much earlier than expected, which was amazing and such a great relief. A minor change was requred in my result and I emailed them on a Saturday after their working hours, and surprisingly, they replied and corrected the document in 5 minutes!Thank you Bon Voyage Medical!

Absolutely amazing service. Very responsive and understood my last minute booking and need for an RT PCR.

I booked a consultation appointment for my son on Friday afternoon and it made me pay ahead of time.I should have had a red flag instead of it asking for my credit card on file like most janeapp appointments I use.I found an appointment closer to where I live and tried to cancel my appointment 2 hours later...They cancelled it but told me I have to pay $10.00 for a refund processing charge. Please do not book here unless you want to pay $10.00 for free.

Outstanding on time service- put a stat on my test due to fact flying out that day- results in 1 hr. WOW! Stephanie & Sarah so friendly! So responsive to questions. If testing required on my next trip this is my #1 choice- stayed at Sheraton Vancouver night b4 flight with quick responsive testing at same place! Sheraton great place to stay. Harold’s. For wings & drinks & breakfast too- again everything outstanding!!!
