Pure Eco Solutions

So, right off the bat these guys lied to us. I said no, they called and said, well sorry, our mistake. They then offered me a 2.99% interest rate, and I agreed. After a month I realised they had lied about more than one thing. They didn't tell us we had to pay for new filters every year, and they didn't tell me the interest rate was only for the first 5 years, now it's at 15.99,and my payments have doubled.

Masashi was pleasant and professional. Got the job done in good time, cleaned up fully and went above the job to help me out with missing material. He even humoured me to explain what he was doing while i watched. I felt comfortable around him and was pleased with his work. Great job.As far as the company is concerned. I have had multiple issues and have been waiting now for 3 years for the work to be completed that the above mentioned completed. FYI.

I have the system 6 months. It is not working and the company has ignored me. They have come to fix the system 3 times. Then l was promised a manager to come and he did not show. I was promised a call and l am still waiting. I called and left message to come and remove the system and again no call back. They are disrespectful and they don't care about the customer or their product.

Horrible overall experience. We purchased a completed home water purification system with RO drinking water. The unit they originally sold us could not even clean the water as they had promised resulting in them spending months attempting to construct a system they didn’t even have. The system was promised to improve our salt consumption but now we use 3-4 bags per month which I’m told that’s too bad it is what it is and the water is so salty it’s corroded all my appliances, showers, toilets and faucets. They told us it’s life time warranty but good luck getting a technician to preform any work! Four times we had appointments booked because the system was leaking and and all four times no one ever showed up, after we took time off work to be home, and they couldn’t even have the common decency to call and let us know…. I mean why bothering doing that when clearly your customers time and money isn’t as important as yours. So to this day after 2 months of being completely jerked around our system still leaks and we have yet to have anyone come to fix it. If you ever have the misfortune of interacting with this company run… run and never commit to them since they won’t commit to you as a customer. I never write reviews online but I feel inclined to save at least one person from dealing with this complete and utter incompetency.

I don't usually leave extended reviews but my experience with the whole home unit has been great. Gary was helpful during the testing process and I tasted an immediate difference in my tap water quality.

Gary Evans salesperson at Pure Eco Solutions provided a demonstration/presentation on the difference between soft water and hard water - with many tests. It was really eye opening, informative and educational. Very professional and polite. Consideration for water filtration and softening systems for clean water.

Extremely unprofessional business people. They scheduled an appointment at my home for a promotion they ran, and never showed up. When I called, they told me I wasnt the owner of the house (that I do own), and that I did not qualify for the promotion. All this after knowing I drove over 2.5hrs each way, to meet with them. And they called to confirm my appointment 1hr beforehand.Why schedule an appointment with a client if they don't qualify in the first place? The manager was rude and presented false information over the phone, claiming her rep did an inspection, when that was not the case at all.There are many more reputable water treatment companies out there. Save yourself the time, money, and headache.

Complete scam. Over priced and RUDE. Took over like it was his house. Using microwave looking for gla sses etc. 30 min presentation was 15 mins late getting here and then was 1.5 hrs . It took almost 20 min to get him to leave our home after being ask. Dragging heels still pushing for a $7000 sale for a $1200 unit!! Google “7 stage alkaline water treatment”, it’s all right there. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was a major wastes of 2hrs and we were flat out lied to. Also they are on the BBB so I guess I’m not the only one who find them to be a complete scam.

These guys were great, all Canadian company too. I live in Ajax and the water was very hard when we tested it. Christian came to my house and showed me everything that was going on with the water. It was very informative and quite entertaining
