It was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful, there are some really good rates on pens, especially considering that I didn't pay shipping, as it's usually around $10 when shipping from the US. Great deals, definitely go check it out. Not open on weekends, unfortunately. Check out their website before you go, they list the brands they stock.

TLDR: You go for the products but stay for the service.This review is based off a few visits over years.I heard about this place from many years from another customer.The biggest issue for me is the business hours. I can never typically make it during opening hours.Andrew is incredible. The way I see him interreacting with his customers is something to behold. They greet each other like old friends and always has something that he knows they will like.I bought a pen from him, and he was nice enough to do on the spot minor adjustments to the nib for me.Whenever I can, I stop by his shop. I am grateful that he now also offers online and telephone shopping.

Phenomenal prices and service- pens are key for mind maps as I work- I purchased 2 Lamy’s with converters and Ink, and am very pleased with the service, product variety and price. I’d recommend for yourself or as a gift.

Highly recommended! They have the lowest prices I have seen in Canada.Andrew helped me buy my first fountain pen after me being away from penmanship for 10+ years. He was very helpful and thorough over email. I can't wait till stores open up again so I can visit in-person.

A great place for pens and inks. I bought my first fountain pen from Andrew and he made it a great experience. I bought several inks and other supplies here since then. I love that it's so conveniently located in the path. I highly recommend this place!

Best place in the downtown core to buy a beautiful pen. The Pens here are absolutely phenomenal. Andrew is such an enthusiast, it is contagious! Everything is under warranty with no hassle. Do yourself some good and buy yourself a great pen. Also, great as a gift for the pen connoisseur.

Incredible service. Andrew was very knowledgable, kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for. There's a good selection of high quality pens and they make great gifts. Note that Google might be incorrect and the store closes at 3pm (spring 2022)

Lovely selection of writing instruments and Top Notch customer service from Andrew. Based on your preferences and hints, Andrew patiently shows you what he has in the store at all price points, without any pressure to purchase anything, nor select the most expensive items. At the end of the day, purchased the Faber Castell Pure Silver because it felt good (hefty) when writing, and, the Visconti Van Gogh Starry Night" edition
