Andrew was fantastic at his job! He was friendly to talk to, worked really quickly and effectively. He came to our place, found out what was actually wrong, and fixed it right away. He also taught us how to prevent it from happening again and how we can help ourselves. After fixing the main issues, Andrew checked out our kitchen sink(additinally), which was also draining slowly. He cleaned it out, and it's working great now.Little background about our situation: we've owned our home for more than six years and never had any plumbing issues. But lately, we noticed that the water was draining more slowly. We knew we needed to do something about it soon, or it would get worse.We called a big plumbing company in Calgary(who should remain nameless), but their quote was 7000 CAD to flush down the whole system with a five-year warranty! We didn't really need that because there was nothing clogged and this was totally out of our budget.We searched google again and found Tiptop. We were impressed by all the great reviews, so we called them. They were excellent and gave us a reasonable price. We were very happy with the work they did for us.Now we know who to call if we have any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you, Tiptop, for saving the day!

They were very responsive with the phone call even though it was late at night. We settled on an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and Kevin showed up on time and knew right away what was required to fix our leaking water tank. He gave us additional important information about our tanks and our furnaces as well. He stuck to his quote which was very reasonable and fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommend TipTop and will call them for any future plumbing or furnace issues that may arise.

Kevin was very professional and very good! Our kitchen sink plumbing was poorly done and not draining properly. In just under two hours Kevin had the drainage issues fixed and pipes redone and new sink drains installed. Everything looks great and is working way better!

Tip Top Plumbing did a great job installing a water tank into my house! Andrew was polite, professional, and meticulous. He was able to have everything ready to go and worked efficiently, he was very knowledgeable! They were even able to come the next day after making a call at 8:00pm the night before! Had a very good experience with a tricky plumbing problem. Kevin did a great job finding a broken drain pipe hurried behind walls, a repaired it quickly. My brother had experience with Tiptop plumbing including working with Kevin on an extensive Poly-B replacement project. He came highly recommended!
