Well, I never give 5 stars unless it was an Amazing experience or product!!.....Good place to shop for lower priced clothing and other items.But, Maybe a low price section.Bigger section signs, it's a little confusing in there.Also, maybe the Choice to use Self Checkout or a Cashier.... a lot of us don't like the self checkouts and you Are definitely losing $/items through it.Kindly,Lisa

the store itself is okay, however the people who work there especially management are extremely rude and unprofessional. You have to hunt workers down for a change room or to pay at cash, some have a very bad attitude like the morning manager" a big white lady who is very rude especially when customers have questions

Pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff and an assortment of finds in my size.Suggest a self tour. You will be amazed.

I'm a frequent customer of this location and the brand in general. I love the service at the Victoria park location, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Always ready to go above and beyond . Somebody who has been involved in the retail industry for over 25 years( @ all levels ie corporate management, sales, warehouse and customer service specialist.) . I enjoy the shopping aexperience at this location, it's nice to know that there is still brands that believe in the human aspect of customer service! I specially enjoy conversations with the management. Those 2 lady's are amazing...I have read some of the reviews and I truly don't share the same experience or sentiment. Specially racially filed one's. I myself being a noticeable minority ( Latino), enjoy the multicultural diversity of this location! I enjoy the fact that as a country with a diverse culture we can find some to cater to our needs in our own language...which this location does ( stemming from management and supervisor s)! It really bothers me that as a society we hide behind the RACIST card, when our TANTRUMS are not GIVEN IN TO. Victoria park National Thrift store keep up the great work and be sure to you have a life long customer.

The thrift store has a huge collection of clothes, utensils,books etc. All sections are well organized and stocked. For someone looking for cheaper options to buy winter wear such as jackets, caps and winter boots is worth visiting as most of the things are less used and can be bought for normal use. Recommended to visit.

If I could give this place -5 stars, I WOULD! The customer service is absolutely horrible. They do not care about their customers and the employees are unprofessional, disrespectful, and need more training on how to deal with customers. As a business, please do better.

great clothes, but customer service is lacking... some of the workers are rude, especially the manager with glasses. Keele location workers are much more nicer

I've never been greeter upon entering a 2nd hand store except for here. Friendly service. Doesn't smell when you come in. The choices for women are bit more for older women but dig deep and you can find something modern.Good choice of new jewelry.You can also try on clothes.Fair price and there weren't any sales.

Meg and her staff are awesome. Polite, caring, and a joy to have in the community. Thanks to all of you for being incredible neighbours.
