Excellent storage facility. This place exceeded our expectations. The place is amazingly clean and fully automated by use of your smart phone. Access is convenient and they supply carts to move your stuff to your bin. I will definitely use their facilities in the future. Customer service is excellent also!

I came to the Dymon storage at the Lincoln fields location and I was met with the most awesome customer service ever!! Harrison and Alex were so welcoming, they were very attentive and made me confident in leaving my belongings in dymon storage. 100/10 customer service. They are truly amazing!!!

I rented a storage unit and used their moving services. The 3 movers were excellent! They took less than 2.5 hours to my things and bring to up to my apartment. They were very friendly, professional and provided fantastic customer service. I highly recommend their services.

New location! Everything is clean as they are still working to complete the complex. Some of the tech on the storage units are unreliable, specially the locking system. Great idea but cheap technology. There are way better locking systems/mechanism around but obviously the cheap option was chosen. Client service is usually good but some staff seem less up to par with every one else.

Great staff that offer water to guests if thirsty. Lots of space to move around and interesting products on sale. A clean little nook for your storage!

Just rented the storage, so can't speak to the full experience, but I wanted to leave a review for the amazing customer service we had setting up the rental. Jonathan gave us great advice and took the time to walk us through every step. We were really pleased and impressed with his service! Great first impression!

THIS IS DYMON STORAGE LOSE MY STORAGE.. I NOT HAPPY WITH IT AND THEY EGO TO SELL TO MY STUFF WITHOUT TELL ME OR EMAIL ME.... NOTHING...DONT USE THIS DYMON ANYMORE.. DONT TRUST THIS DYMON.. NEVER AGAIN. ALSO MANAGER KAREN IS AWFUL NOT GOOD PERSON ... VERY RUDE NOT HELPFUL. LAZY.

Bright, clean. Great customer service. Reasonable rates as far as these things go. Easy to get to in the city. The new mobile app for locking and unlocking your unit is really handy. You don't have to worry about forgetting or losing a key. All in all, really pleased with this place.
