The Chopstick Truck
In my opinion, this place serves like freestyle / new age food opposed to fusion food. It's not like typical fusion food in the city... They have their own cuisine and flavour going. I tried the beef bao bun tacos and they had Philly Cheese steak vibes minus the cheese. Didn't taste Asian at all except for the bao buns comparable to T and T supermarket frozen bao buns. But it is unique and it did taste good in its own unique way. A little pricy as it was $16.00 for 3 tacos but fun to try. The staff are friendly and they have some creative menu items going on.

The worst bubble teas ever. Taro flavour we ordered 3 bubble teas and told the staff that this tastes weird. They never offered to change and also said that its for kids. After having 2 sips of it.. my kids started vomiting. As soon as we entered the hotel. They should have stop selling this as they don't know how to make it or may be using something expired because we can clearly see milk particles separated and it tasted like water. Staff was not cooperative at all as soon as I tasted I asked if they can add sweet she refused. Worst restaurant experience ever. And we drive 5 hours this was our first stop. I wasted three bubble teas $6 each in the toilet.

Don't miss out! I had the noodles with crispy tofu, amazing!!! Light but filling and oh so tasty. The people running the truck were so friendly and accommodating, and explained anything we asked. You can add your own sauces and coriander at the end with I love, because I'm all about the sauce but I hate coriander so that was cool to have the option!Reasonable price and great all round experience, defo recommend! Thank guys, ill be back :)

Delicious vietnamese with a twist. Had their pulled pork kimchi crunch wrap. Quite delicious, my wife had the vermicelli bowl. Highly recommend

Awesome place! The chopstick truck is one of the best places takeout places in Fernie. I've tried nearly the entire menu and it never ceases to amaze me. The fun twist they put on all different kinds meals will leave you with a smile on your face. Check out the menu and stop by you won't be disappointed!

We visited this place to try their food. I ordered a soup bowl, they called it Pho and it was delicious. For one order is $14, i know its a little too high for an average portion but, we need to understand that local business got hit hard because of this pandemic. For this price i did not complain because i got what i wanted which is the taste of my food.Staff are friendly.This is just based in my experience.
