We had a broken spring on our garage door, so when I called Cross-country I was expecting the typical be there in a day or two response. But they were able to come same day and had it fixed with parts in hand. Great experience, not the typical customer service I have received lately and it was refreshing. Thanks again guys!

I had two garage door openers that needed attention. At the same time, I was also dealing with many other home repairs, a variety of tradesmen and estimates, which became quite overwhelming.Arnold and his work partner gave me beyond outstanding service. He was willing to offer solutions that worked with my budget, which were not offered to me by any other company. He was very patient when I needed extra time to make decisions and worked with my schedule. He was honest, they knew exactly what they were doing, and were super quick to get the job done. He will be my Go- To garage door guy from now on, and I would recommend him to anyone.

My family has been doing some renovations on our home and dealing with a lot of contractors and so far the team at Cross Country Overhead Door was the easiest, most friendly and most efficient!! Specifically I have to compliment Arnold for his very easy going and understanding manner in regards to scheduling the installation and answering my questions, it was so appreciated. Plus they were able to do the installation nearly right away. I would recommend hiring them for sure.

Cross-Country Overhead Door
We received excellent service from Cross-Country Overhead Doors. Our garage door fell off its track on Christmas Day. We were supposed to leave on a family vacation the next day and were panicking as both our vehicles were stuck in our garage. Arnold came to our place on Christmas Day and fixed our door within an hour of us calling him…amazing service. Arnold and Gill returned to our place to do a final tune up after we returned from vacation. They were very knowledgeable and gave us quotes on floor mats, a better quality garage door and opener system. I can’t thank this company enough for their great service, highly recommend them.

These guys are rock stars! Called at 7:30 am with a bit of a door emergency. These guys were at my house by 8:50 am and gone by 9:15 am. They went right to work and made all repairs needed, all while making conversation!!Highly recommend this company.

I can’t say enough about this company, they met every wish I had. I wanted something a little unusual for my lady cave. I wanted BIG change, as I use my cave for office, crafts, seedlings in spring, socializing etc. I needed light, and to see OUT! I custom ordered doors with 2 panels, as I am short, and still would have not been able to see out the top panel alone, so why not order another panel???? More light, more awesomeness. They made it happen! Thanks Arnold & Gil highly recommend by Shauna Morrison.
