I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone. I suffered terribly with plantar fasciitis for about a year. Eric took away the pain that I had been dealing with, on a daily basis, by using shockwave therapy. It was an uncomfortable therapy but thankfully the sessions were only about one minute each, so they were bearable and they did the trick. Thanks Eric. I am truly grateful.

Don’t recommend - not knowledgeable. Saw a physiotherapist due to back pain. PT pushed for multiple appointments per week and provided very little assessment/treatment during each. Majority of each appointment was spent having me do strength exercises, which I could do at home. Pain didn’t go away so I saw a chiropractor and it turned out that I had a rib out of place and it was fixed within minutes with a quick adjustment. Long story short, the physiotherapist at this clinic was not knowledgeable or helpful.

Average physio team. Not seeing the results I would expect after months of treatment. Leg, ankle, foot pain still not resolved.

Trust the process. Do the homework , and they will fix you up good. Justin is an incredibly qualified and capable physiotherapist. He knows his stuff more than anyone I have dealt with through my recovery. Following his program is the only thing that has provided me with any progress or pain relief.The Talbot trail team at STEGH are tops!
