My kid didn't say too much but told me few nannies treats some of them badly. Other parents said nannies has under table deals with school so useless when they tried talk to school. One of the assistant manager has kids in there also resigned her job recently. So lucky we made it to switch day care finally but now the old management has left so probably everything has changed.

I’m not sure if the other bad review were mistakenly reviewed on the wrong daycare. I don’t remember there being any nannies there. There are ECEs and some volunteers but I don’t remember there were any nannies. My child was diagnosed with mild-medium autism, and he was not very verbal, he’s also not very social. I was nervous putting my child in daycare when he was 2 years old, but the staff there were so great and was able to make him feel safe and welcomed. I’ve asked to stay with my son during the first week to help him with his transition and we’re allowed to do so. During that time, I saw how the staff treated each child like their own. Never scolded or got impatient with any of the children. They’re so caring and loving to all the children and it helped my son and me being able to put our guard down. Before picking up my son, I would always stand outside to observe him and see how he’s doing, and as always...he’s in good care. There’s also wonderful Meghan who works there as an Early Childhood Consultant. She would come in every few weeks and observe those in need, write a report, and make recommendations to the staff on how to assist the children better. If a child does not have certain items in the winter (parent forgot or it’s not wearable), they would use what they have to put on the child. The staff also take their time to brief parents about how the child was doing during the day. With regards to the facility itself. It’s not the newest school and may need some update. But, I care more about how my son is treated and what he learned. As long as the child is in a safe and happy environment, they’re more open to learning new things.I’m so thankful for this group of angels. Without them, I don’t think my son and I would have transitioned well. They’re like our second family and will always be, even if my son is no longer in their care.

I worked here in the late 90s and early 2000's and I can tell you that if a fraction of the values that were insisted upon and practiced by staff and administration still exist today, all children and their parents are lucky to have FFCC.I'm a better person and father today because I spent my youthful days as a staff member. I can only salute...

Very good quality child care centre. My daughter attends this centre and enjoys the activities. The staff are friendly and well qualified. The day is structured with lots of learning and free play. I highly recommend the centre.

The staff here are nice and friendly, but the center is kind of old.
