Dishonest from the start, made it very clear my time line and expectations for flooring. Sales person did not follow through, didn't answer emails. Failed to order flooring Finally after stating I was going elsewhere, wasted 2of time weeks of my time and trades persons time waiting for install date. No communication.

Professional, great service and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Also great products, I have almost all my rooms covered with End of the Roll flooring and only wish I went there for my kitchen and bathroom! Highly recommend!Update: I did go back and now they have completed my entire upstairs! Steve Richard will make your home amazing! Mike was our installer who was also so fantastic! 5/5 They make you feel like part of a family!

I don't understand why, in a sales environment, salesman cannot return calls to make a sale. I had gone into the store mid May, I spoke to Richard, picked out the vinyl, and he said once he measures the area, it will be installed in 2 weeks. He came to the house and measured, and then no call afterwards. Fell off the grid this guy. Absolutely terrible service. I've called in numerous times, left a message with someone for Richard to call me back, still no call back. Pathetic!

We were very satisfied with the work completed. The installer (Denis) did an excellent job. There was delays that were unexpected and beyond the control of End Of The Roll (we hope) and that lead to frustration. But in the end, we're happy campers.
