I have wonderful experience at the store. Store is well organized, clean and well restocked. Moreover all staff members are very helpful and professional especially store manager is very hard working. Me and my kids love to visit the store. Thanks

I have had a great experiences at this location with the helpful amazing staff !!! unfortunately my experience tonight/this morning didn't go as well. I arrived at 350 am (I know too late) and the door was locked, and I could see two staff in the store, but I wasn't able to get in. I arrived 15 minutes later and the store was open, but they were unable to do a propane exchange until 630 am. I know I am crazy for cooking dinner this late, but I thought 711 was 24 hours... so best advice go during the day

I posted a cpl of months ago and ranted and raved out of sheer and overwhelming frustration and anger due to particular employee(s) terrible attitudes to the extent that I felt it reached abusive.However, since that posting, I actually didn't even see that particular employee working for at least a cpl of wks and since their return, the attitude etc has made an absolute turn around.I was shocked. And thankfully, that's kept up until this present time still.I am appreciative of that. Very much.

Placed an order at 12am Feb 27, food was unedible. Can u guys please start training ur employees properly?

Extremely rude staff. They were too preoccupied, yelling their conversation across the store, to tend to the customers piling up at the till, and then had attitude the whole time while dealing with said customers. Decent stock and selection though.

Store advertises that they're open 24hrs but when we went here we were turned away by staff and stated they're closed. Update your hours

Came here at 11:30pm on Wednesday (Jan 11) . I don't know the employees name but he was very rude and unprofessional. Don't work in customer service if u behave this way.

Tonight was the worst service I ever received the nighttime staff is absolutely horrible u can’t get customer service anywhere anymore I got 3 jalapeano taquitos at approx 1 am I took a bite and it was under cooked and cold she was extremely rude and dismissed my concerns acted like nothing was wrong and wanted to warm them up for me which made it even worse overcooked and they smelt like burnt milk clearly I went back and asked for a refund because they were no good I was scared of getting food poisoning. my friend even complained about hers being cold too and other customers made me so uncomfortable when I complained and the nighttime female clerk wouldn’t refund me no matter how much I complained she was extremely rude and kept talking over me and wouldn’t give me my receipt, And how upset I was I was trying to hard to be civilized with her when she wasn’t.. I am tired of going places and getting bad ignorant service everywhere I go so I just gently gave them back to her placed them on the counter and took an $8 loss as she and coming back to this store isn’t worth anymore of my time she probably needs the money more than I do I guess the customer being right no longer exsists no matter what even if your civilized…

I waited in line and a guy was talking bad in a different language I paid for food ahead of time only to find out they didn’t have it afterwards so I was sent to the back of the line while the guy who was beaking got ahead of me and I had to wait the entire time I was polite and friendly totally unfair and feel I was first in line and they should deal with one customer at a time

Always had a great experience!Very cooperative and friendly staff.I don't know why people are giving them 1 star.The best store in this area.
